GENERALCONDITIONS
1. The aspiring applicants satisfying the eligibility criteria in all respect can submit their
application only through ON-LINE mode. The On-line registration of applications will
be available on AIIMS Raipur web site www.aiimsraipur.edu.in from 0 5 .08.2013 11
A.M. to 04.09.2013 5:00 P.M.
2. Candidate are requested to fill in the application form and take a print out and
submit it by speed post /registered post to Deputy Director (Admin), AIIMS,
Tatibandh, Raipur (CG) Pin 492001. The envelope should be super-scribed
“APPLICATION FOR THE POST OF ……………………………..” along with one stamped
self addressed envelope.
8. The candidates are advised to bring copy of application Form at the time of Written Test
along with Admit Card at the Examination Centre and hand over the same to the
Invigilator during marking their attendance, failing which their
candidature/performance in the written test will not be considered.
9 Upper age limit is relaxable by 5 years for SC/ST candidates and Government
Servants*, 3 years for OBC and 10 years for the Physically Handicapped Persons. The
upper age limit shall be determined as on the last date of registration of application as
specified above.
10. The written test will be held in Raipur only if the applicants are more than 5
times the number of posts. The candidates are advised to download their Admit
Card from AIIMS web site www.aiimsraipur.edu.in as no admit card will be sent by
post. The Admit Cards will be hosted on AIIMS website.
11. On the basis of written test the candidates 3times the number of Posts advertised will
be short listed for Interview. Date and Time of Interview will be intimated to such
candidates separately in due course.
Written Tests for Staff Nurse Grade I & Staff Nurse Grade II
Interview:
Interview shall be conducted at Raipur only. Appearance in the interview is mandatory.
Date and Time of Interview will be intimated to such candidates in the due course.
Selection:
For selection 80 % weightage will be given to Written Test and 20 % to Interview. The
decision of Director AIIMS in this regard shall be final and binding. The offer of appointment
when made will be provisional and subject to verification of credentials (Educational &
Personal) by competent authority. The vacancies are provisional and subject to variation. The
Director, AIIMS, Raipur reserves the right to vary the vacancies including reserved vacancies.
Probation:
The period of probation shall be of 2 years.
12. Candidates applying under any of the reserved category viz. SC/ST/OBC will be
considered subject to submission of Caste certificate on a prescribed format issued by
the competent authority. OBC candidates should not belong to Creamy Layer. Their
Sub-caste should be tallied with the Central List of OBC, failing which their candidature
will not be considered under any of the applied reserved category and will be treated as
UR.
13. All the original certificates/documents will be verified at the time of Interview. On the
basis of written test, the shortlisted candidates must bring all original certificates along
with one set of photocopy, duly attested, viz.:
14. Those who are in employment must submit a “NO OBJECTION CERTIFICATE” from the
employers at the time of Interview.
15. Canvassing of any kind will lead to disqualification.
16. He/She may have to work in shifts and can be posted at any place in the institute.
17. He/She is expected to conform to the rules of conduct and discipline as
applicable to the institute employees.
18. The candidate should not have been convicted by any Court of Law.
19. In case any information given or declaration by the candidate is found to be false of
if the candidate has wilfully suppressed any material information relevant to his
appointment, he/she will be liable to be removed from the service and any action
taken as deemed fit by the appointing authority.
20. The decision of the competent authority regarding selection of candidates will be
final and no representation will be entertained in this regard.
21. The appointment will be subject to review and probation for two years.
22. All disputes will be subject to jurisdictions of Court of Law at Raipur.
