5.90% respondents are influenced by advertisement of domino's and 10%
respondents are not influenced .
6.90% respondents are satisfied by ''30 minutes nahi toh free '' compaign of
domino's and 10% respondents are extremely satisfied with this compaign
7. 80% respondents are satisfied with value of money from domino's ,10%
respondents are neither satisfied nor dissatisfied and 10% respondents are
dissatisfied.
8.80% respondents rate their overall experience at domino's as good ,10%
respondents as excellent and 10% respondents as average.
9. 50% respondents choose domino's for service ,40% respondents choose for
product and 10% choose for price
10.80% respondents are satisfied with price by domino's and 20% respondents
are not satisfied.
11.70% respondents rate the service of domino's as good ,20% respondents as

15.40% respondents are strongly agree that domino's staff able to
provide information which you required,40% respondents are agree and 20%

4.2 CONCLUSION :
consumer satisfaction is a key factor affecting a product's success . many
potentially revolutionary products have failed simply because of their inability to
build a healthy satisfaction about themselves in the customers mind
we conclude that mostly customers are satisfied from the domino's pizza but still
there are some customer that are not satisfied from domino's pizza

6.1 SUGGESTION AND RECOMMENDATION
1.Domino‘s should introduce some new dishes to pull the customers.
2.Domino‘s should work out on the ambience more for satisfaction of
the customers.
3.Domino‘s should charge a little less to capture more market.
4.Domino‘s should improve his quality of the pizzas
to the new heights.
5.They should open more outlets in the overcrowded areas.
6.the domino's should reduce its chargers .
7. the domino's should provide good customers services and facility.
