    HIGH PRODUCTION
    The fibre along with transport air is blown into the lamina
    chute by a high efficiency fan and gets compressed in the
    chute. The level of the fibre flock is distributed uniformly
    with the help of an oscillating tongue. The transport air
    along with micro dust enters through the perforated drum
    and escapes at the rear side of the laminae chute. The air
    containing dust is positively exhausted to the central filter
    unit through ducting. This helps to attain high production
    up to 1000kgs/hr.
    PROGRAMMABLE GRID ADJUSTMENT & BEATER
    SPEED
    The main purpose of grid section is to eliminate the seeds
    to the maximum extent possible. The material travels
    around the beater several times, hits against the grid and
    removal of impurities takes places, however with less lint
    loss. This feature helps to program the grid adjustment and
    the beater speed according to the material processed.
