    Electroplating Proposal

    Proposed Summary

    This is a proposal to set up a metal finishing section to support and 1

    complete a company’s Metal Division. This will enable the company to


    expand their scope of works and increase their profit by having the
    opportunity to cater works from metal fabricator companies to do
    metal finishes required for their projects.

    Electroplating & Patina Description

    Electroplating is the process of applying a metal coating to another


    piece of metal through an electro-deposition process. In electroplating,
    the deposited metal becomes part of the existing product by plating.
    Additionally, the Patina-Antique Brass, Bronze, and Copper finish are a
    raw of Copper alloy or brass and copper plating which has been
    chemically darkened to simulate aged brass. Antique finish is typically a
    light, medium, and dark in brown or black with undertones, and can
    vary significantly from one product to another.

    Target Application

    Electroplating is done by metal objects with a thin layer of different


    metal coatings thru application of electrolytic cells. It gives shine and
    luster to decorative metal items and also improves the property of
    metal.
    Electroplating is widely use in architectural décor, balustrades, stairs &
    handrails, grilles, cladding and skirtings, bespoke signages, ornamental
    hardware, etc.
