OBJECTIVE
To be a part of organization, which would enhance my skills, set to reach the heights, promoting values
to the organization and work with clear goals & ambitions and developing my professional as well as
personal front.
WORK EXPERIENCES
Invoicing: - to make sure that clients are getting their invoices on time and taking acknowledgments of
invoices submitted.
Payments follow up: - doing payments follow ups with customers by calling, writing Email to them or
visiting client’s office, involving our superiors for further levels.
Resolving Disputes: - working on issue like billing correction in invoices or ARC mismatch, rate revision or
GSTN issue that all need to be resolve with help of internal team and issue credit note to customers if
needed.
Documentation: - to resolve GSTN invoices we need to collect GSTN certificate or for doing name change
we need to collect other documents required like COI etc, and then we update in system for further
process.
Payments Posting or knocking off: - Payments which we get from customers that we have to posting it
against respective invoices by taking payment advices from customers or by their approvals.
Reconciliation: - doing Reconciliation of our account in order to make it up to date or for smooth going.
Maintaining Data: - Making Data for our collections and achievements, follow ups and line item wise
feedback of all our accounts in order to present it to our bosses or to their data base.
Achievements in TATA Business Support Services.
Attending Walking customers: - we have to attend walking customers in stores and resolve their queries
and complain.
Customer Service: - Providing various customer‘s services like SIMEX, SIM related queries or billing
complaints and escalating them into system for further resolutions.
Products selling: - Selling New Post paid Connections or converting prepaid customer into postpaid.
Promoting by Products:- promoting or educating customers about various by product like M-paisa, my
Vodafone app, Vodafone play, upgrading plans, and online bill payments.
Customers retentions: - Retaining customers if they are disconnecting our services or converting from
postpaid to prepaid services our if they are porting out to another operators, by offering better services
or plans.
Quiet good at Ms–Excel and throw knowledge about formula and sort keys.
Quiet good at MS-Office.
Good at TALLY ERP 9.
Certification in computer like MSCIT.
