3.-Listen everyday

Settle as comfortable as you can… comfortable inside and out….Let all the sounds outside.. stay
outside of you... Listen to my voice... my voice that accompanies you and will serve you for
anything you need... it is likely that your conscious mind will turn its attention to the outside, that
your conscious mind is aware of everything that happens on the outside, perceives how your
conscious mind remains alert to all the stimuli that occur outside of you... brightness,
temperature, contrasts of lights and shadows, silences and sounds... and let your conscious mind
be distracted by memories, with thoughts, with ideas, and with slopes… As your unconscious mind
takes a piece of your attention and focuses it on you... in everything that happens inside you....so
everyone outside stays out... And while... your attention is getting into you....inside everything
that happens in you.... Inside and inside... with your inner dialogue, in your inner sensations. In
your feelings and emotions ... in those images and colors that you are perceiving... but even
though your conscious mind doesn't perceive what exactly happens.... know things are happening
inside you... it doesn't really perceive them... And it's okay... because the part of your mind that
your conscious mind needs for this exercise is placed securely... inadvertently in your breathing....
In your breath it is that automatic function that your whole life has accompanied you. It has always
taken from the outside what you need to be as you want to be... growing up healthily ... regaining
control of your life by trusting your body... because your body knows very well how to be well...
for your whole life has promoted your well-being ... trusting your mind, because your mind knows
very well how to handle your emotions ... for all his life he has managed them effectively ... staying
in healthy control ... that you enjoy healthily ... maybe your attention is on all the stimuli around
you... and think you're distracted and it's fine... because we just need that part of your attention
that is free, to focus on you.

So let your breathing take you inside of you... in a state of deep contact with you. And while your
unconscious mind concentrates on untangleing this confusion as confused… it perceives how a
scene from your near future appears there... a reminder of the future in which you see yourself
solving ...

Once this new programming has been implanted in your unconscious mind and all your resources,
skills and habilities are working for you... allows your conscious mind and unconscious mind to be
settled again, so that they regain control and logical order within you. Let your conscious mind and
unconscious mind work in perfect harmony by resettling, so gradually you return to an usual and
everyday state of mind... so little by little everything is getting ready for you to come back and put
yourself in a very pleasant state of mind and with a deep breath you come back here and now.
