Healing meditation with dolphins

Allow your eyes to close.


Now focus on your breathing, which can be deep and regular, from way down to way
up.
Take a few deep relaxing breathsand relax
Now with each exhaling breath out the aches and pains and tension that may be
stored in your body.
With each inhaling breath,breathe in the peaceful energy that surrounds you
..relax even more deeply.
You will find that any sounds or outside distractions will deepen your level of
relaxation. you can already begin to feel deeply peaceful and calm..
Now visualize or imagine or feel all of your muscles completely relaxing.
Relax the muscles of your neck and shoulders. A lot of tension is stored in these
areas.
Relax your arms
Relax your legs.
Relax your back muscles .
And allow the muscles of your stomach to relax completely, so that your breathing
stays nice and deep and even.
with each gentle breath you take, allow yourself to become more and more deeply
relaxed.
Visualize, imagine, or feel a bright light at the top of your head, inside your head.
Allow your mind to choose the color of this light. (PAUSE)
everything that this beautiful light touches, as it later spreads down your body, every
tissue and organ and muscle, every fiber and cell of your body will relax completely,
releasing all aches and pains, all illness.
And the light will deepen and deepen the level of your relaxation.
You can already feel deeply peaceful and tranquil. You can feel a deep tranquility, a
marvelous sense of peace.
Now see or feel or imagine the light spreading down from the top of your head
down past your forehead behind your eyes relaxing you even more.
You can see, feel, or imagine the light spreading into your jaw, down your scalp
deepening your state.
Now the light is flowing into your neck, completely relaxing the muscles of your neck
and throat, smoothing out the lining of your throat. And you relax even more.
(PAUSE)
Visualize imagine or feel the light which relaxes and heals every muscle, nerve and
cell of your body, spreading into your shouldersAnd down both arms, all the way to

your hands and fingers (Pause)


You may even feel a tingling in your fingers as the tension leaves your body and your
healing deepens.
See or feel or imagine the light flowing into your upper back and chest and into
your heart, which pumps the light through every blood vessel of your body. Into your
lungs glowing beautifully...
The muscles of your upper back are completely relaxed. And now the light is
spreading into your spinal cord, from your brain to the tip of your spine, flowing along
your entire nervous system to reach every muscle and cell of your body. And you are
deeply calm and relaxed.
You are feeling a deep tranquility, a marvelous sense of peace.
PAUSE
See imagine or feel the light spreading into your abdomen and your lower back,
completely relaxing those muscles and nerves and cells.. And now see it flowing into
your hipsInto your legs, and all the way to your feet and toes, so that your entire
body is filled bathed with this wonderful bright light. And you feel very very
peaceful.
Now visualize imagine or feel the light completely surrounding your body, as if you
were in a cocoon or halo of light that protects your skin and outer musclesand
deepens your level of relaxation And you feel even more peaceful calm and relaxed.
See or feel or imagine how your breath supports the light flowing through your entire
entire system, your body shifting into a harmony with your breathing creating a
balance for healing.
And you breath in the peace and serenity around you, and find within you your
natural rhythm and the light deepens your healing as you breath peace in and .
exhale releasing tension and any imbalances and you relax and heal even more
deeply. Allowing you to release anything that you no longer need.

In a moment I will count backwards from five down to one. With each number, you
will feel more and more peaceful and calm, and the level of your relaxed state will
deepen and deepen until by the time I reach one you will be in a very deep state..
each breath deepening your level of relaxation.
15 [On exhale] going inward.
[On exhale] 14, just letting it happen. There is a kind of internal unwinding,
unclenching, and letting go that you want to experience.
Deeper. 13, all the way down. Relaxing, releasing and letting go.

12 relaxing now. Deeper.
11, as you continue deeper you can allow any sounds other than my voice and the
music to just fade into the background. Any external noises, any voices, footsteps,
horns, sirens, traffic, can just be reminders to you that out there in the outside world

all is well and you can continue your journey deeper within.
10 THE DEEPER YOU GO THE BETTER YOU FEEL and the better you feel the
deeper you go. All the way down.
9, relaxing, releasing, letting go. Deeper.
8, from time to time, during our session, with your permission, I am going to gently
touch your [right or left] forearm, is that ok?
Going even deeper now. Whenever I touch your arm in this way [pressing gently] it
will assist you in going down even deeper. [pressing gently again]
7, 6, deeper and deeper relaxed with each and every breath that you take and every
beat of your heart.
5, keep going. All the way down.
4, And deeper.
3, [wait for exhale] [pressing gently again] and deeper.
2 And deeper
1, good. And you can continue finding even deeper levels of relaxation as we go
along. [Optional] And now remaining deeply relaxed, just describe to me how you are
really feeling.
Begin Session
You are in a deeply relaxed state, but if you feel any discomfort now or later, you are
in complete control.
You can now end the relaxation part of the exercise and not proceed with the
relaxation merely by opening your eyes and you will immediately return to your
normal state, with full control of all your psychological and physical and spiritual
functions, feeling wonderful relaxed and refreshed.
If you chose to go further.. visualize imagine or feel yourself in this wonderful state of
deep peace and tranquility, and visual imagine or feel yourself as you float down a
beautiful staircase ... down ... down each step deepening your level of relaxation
deeper... even deeper ....
At the bottom of the stairs there is a beautiful garden, a garden of peace, beauty and
security ... a sacred place, a place of serenity.
Enter the garden and finds a place to rest ...
Your body, filled with light and surrounded by light, continues to heal and
regenerate. Allow the deeper levels of your mind to open.
And when you are feeling ready to continue, float above your body in the garden ...
and travel to a beautiful and antique island, surrounded by turquoise blue waters...
This is an island of healing ...
You can walk on the beautiful beach ... feel the warmth of the sun ... feel the gentle
breeze.
Nestled at the bottom of the sea a short distance from the shore, there are some
glimmering glowing crystals. They are healing crystals with a beautiful light energy
of ... healing.
The crystals also bring a healing energy to the waterRest in the water for as long as you like .. You can feel the tingling energy in the
water that heals ...

Your skin and your body absorb the energy transmitted by the crystals in the water ...
Now imagine that some gentle wise and loving dolphins come to be with you in the
water ..The dolphins are masters of healing. They can communicate through
thoughts visions and words and sound.
They help water to heal..They also know the exact points of your body that need
healing ... they can connect to these areas .. and they can communicate soothing
thoughts that nourish your mind
....If you wish, you can swim and play or even sing with them ....
You may notice if they have any messages for you? is there anything they want to
communicate or show you...
Do you need some time in silence with them? If so let me know when you are ready
to move on
Is it time to move on now?
Now it is time to leave the water, to say goodbye .. but you can always come back at
any time you need or want when you are in meditation or before sleeping or for a
brief pause when you need to.
Holding the serenity (other word) you have experienced in your heart, just taking a
moment to inhale and and exhale
Would you like someone wise and loving like an angel, who can come and stay with
you for the moment... You can communicate with both words ... thoughts ...
feelings ... visions ... or in any other way ...
Are there any messages for you ..?
There's some knowledge that you need to bring back with you?
Float above the beach return to the beautiful the garden.
In the garden of your body has been filled with the beautiful light, was healed and
restored.
it's time to return to full waking consciousness.
Counting from one to ten. Let every growing number you wake up more and more. At
ten can open your eyes and you will be fully awake and alert in full possession of all
your physical mental and spiritual faculties .
One .. two .. three .. more and more awake, and feeling wonderful..
four five.. six...
seven .. eight .. almost awake now feeling grounded
Nine .. ten .. open your eyes, you are awake and alert ...
Take your time ... stretch .. and return completely to your life today ...

Grounding with a Tree


Imagine that you are resting on the edge of a forest.
Imagine or see or feel yourself resting under a beautiful tree.
Feel or see or imagine how beneath your back the earth is so soft and rich and how
the roots of the tree live deep below you.
Inhale the scent of the forest and feel the earth is beneath your body as you rest
under against the tree.
Know how all is well and allow your body to find the rhythms that support the
balancing inside of you.
Allow the earth to nourish you as you breath in and out bringing peace and harmony
within allow yourself to find the deeper rhythms of your body as the earth and tree
hold you.
Feel the energy of life and rest knowing you are surrounded by light and
nourishment,
Breath in the scents of the woods and feel the earth beneath you.
feel strength and healing flow into your body support the rhythms of healing and
breath in and out release tension imbalance illness as you breath in peace and
harmony.
Rest in the nurturing embrace of the earth and feel all is well.
Pick a color and imagine see or feel that color and allow yourself to breath in and out
and
know that you can feel protected and nourished breathing in healing and the light
flows through you
purifying your system.
In a moment you will open your eyes and feel rejuvenated and relaxed. allow
yourself to follow your breath and feel the stillness and tranquility as your slowly
open your eyes and return to your life of today.
Take a moment with your eyes open to be still and pause and inhale peace harmony
and tranquility that you can carry with you into your daily life.
