Part-1 Hardware
I. Disassembly step

2. Tools and Material Required


1) A small and a big cross screwdriver (necessary)
2) A small and a big straight screwdriver (necessary)
3) A M2 hexagonal screwdriver (necessary)
4) Tweezers (necessary)
5) Blower (optional)
6) Eclectic iron (optional)
7) Hot melt adhesive and glue stick (for installation)
8) Glue (optional)
9) Ribbon (optional)
10) Knife (optional)
11) Medicinal alcohol (optional)
12) Gear lubricating oil (optional)

3. Cautions
1) Please make sure the AC power is disconnected before disassembling the machine.
2) Please remove machine with gentle. Protect machine and people from crash and damage.
3) Offer safeguards procedures of static.
4) Protect disassembled parts from damage and loss.
5) Attention:
In this guideline, red circle on the picture indicates the fixed joint, the red quadrangle indicates the connection of
cables or the structure of components and red arrow indicates the direction of disassembly.

4. Disassembly step

1) Disassemble fixed screws on the shell

Lay the machine on a platform as the below picture. Take out six fixed screws as the number from 6 to 1.
(Assemble it from 1 to 6 )

2) Disassemble Front and Back Shell

a) To disassemble the front and back shell. (As to inlay the waterproof wire on the joint, which can protect
machine inside from humidity. It also can be dried with blower or soaked with medical alcohol, if it can not
disassemble by hands.)
b) Take out communication cables which are connected on PCB board and power cable which is connected on
motherboard on front shell from sockets. (Take out cables on DC-DC board firstly and then take out cables on
mother board)

The module and back shell after disassembly

3) Disassemble DC-DC power board and power board on back shell (For replacing or
maintaining DC-DC power board and power board, please refer to this step)

a) Take out power cable and battery cable from DC-DC power board.
b) Take out four screws on the DC-DC power board with screwdriver.
c) Open AC power cable baffle, and pull out the plug.
d) Take out three screws on the power board with screwdriver, and remove power cable on plastic pillar, then take
out the power panel.

4) Disassemble battery on back shell

a) Take out six screws on the battery cover with screwdriver.


b) Take out the battery.

5) Disassemble motherboard (For replacing or maintaining motherboard, please refer to this
step)

a) Take out all the cable plugs on the motherboard with tweezers.
b) Take out two screws with screwdriver on the motherboard (includes red gasket), and then pull out motherboard
from display control board.

6) Disassemble display control board and LCD (For replacing or maintaining display control
board and LCD, please refer to this step)

a) Take out 3 pieces FRC cable with finger on the display control board (loosen chucking ribbon firstly).
b) Take out 4 screws on the display control board, and remove it from the front shell.
c) Loosen 4 locks that fixed the LCD, and then take out the LCD.
d) Take out LCD retaining plate from display control board.

7) Disassembly infusion light board and smaller keyboard (For replacing or maintaining
infusion light board and smaller keyboard, please refer to this step)

a) Take out infusion light board from retaining pillar with small straight screwdriver. (Sticking retaining pillar and
infusion light board with electric soldering iron or glue when reinstall it.)
b) Take out three screws on the retaining plate with screwdriver, and removing the smaller keyboard form front
shell.

8) Disassemble loudspeaker and photocoupler. (For replacing or maintaining loudspeaker
and photocoupler, please refer to this step)

a) Remove the hot melt adhesive on the loudspeakers, and take out the loudspeakers. (Fix the loudspeaker with
hot melt adhesive or glue when reinstall it.)
b) Take out two screws on the photocoupler with screwdriver, and remove it from front shell.

9) Disassemble meshing arm and push rod of the driving module (For replacing or
maintaining driving module, please refer to this step)

a) Press meshing arm towards the spring, then take out the spring.
b) Take out one screw from meshing arm with M2 hexagonal screwdriver.
c) Take out one handspike with big a straight screwdriver.
d) Remove meshing arm from push rod, and take out push rod from the front shell.

10) Disassemble driving module from the front shell (when reassembling, add some lubrication
oil on the wheel gear and push rod to make it slide smoothly).

a) Take out 2 screws on pressure sensor module.


b) Take out 2 screws connected the driving module and front shell, and disassemble the driving module front the
front shell.

11) Disassembly potentiometer and pressure sensor module (For replacing or maintaining
potentiometer and pressure sensor module, please refer to this step)

a) Take out two screws on potentiometer with screwdriver, and remove it.
b) Take out one screw on pressure sensor module with screwdriver, and remove it.

12) Disassemble testing switch, photocoupler and step motor (For replacing or maintaining
testing switch, photocoupler and step motor, please refer to this step)

a) Take out one screw on testing switch with screwdriver, and remove it.
b) Take out one screw on spring with screwdriver, and cut the ribbon.
c) Take out two screws on photocoupler retaining plate with screwdriver, then separate the photocoupler and
retaining plate.
d) Take out two fixed screws on step motor with screwdriver, and remove it.

13) If needed, you can continue disassembling and replace driven gears, lead screw,
conducting bar and so on.

14) Assembling method

Just inverse the disassembly steps as above.

Part -2 Trouble Shooting & Maintenance
I. Trouble Shouting
When the alarm occurs, it is with visual and audible signal. The audible signal can be switched off for 2 minutes by
pressing.
To clear the alarm, press .

II. Maintenance
1. Daily maintenance
1) EOG sterilization or ultrasonic sterilization
2) Cleans it with soft towel.
Attention:
1) Please disconnect AC power before cleaning.
2) Avoid cleaning the machine with diluents or alcohol.

2. Use internal battery


1) This device uses Ni-MH battery. It can be powered by internal battery when lose AC power.
2) Charge battery on initial use approximate 16 hours.
3) After several times of charging and consuming process, the maximum battery capacity can be achieved.
4) If the charging and consuming cyclic process keeps increasing and the battery is charged repeatedly without
full discharge, the battery capacity will decrease concomitantly. If the device will not be put into used for long
time, it is suggested that the internal battery is used at least one time every month.
Attention:
1) In general condition, service life of battery is two year, and it is recommended that renewal battery in advance.
2) Battery needs to be disposed as local policy, and recycled if possible. Do not dispose it like daily garbage.

3. Battery Charging
1) If using the battery first time or reuse it after a long time, please charge it firstly as below method:
a) press “ ” to turn on the machine,“ ”is running which means battery is be charged.

b) press “ ” to turn off the machine, the indicator “ ”will be extinguished after 16 hours and the
battery is fully charged.
2) The battery will be charged if connect with AC power when the pump is operating.
3) Please connect AC power or stop injection when the battery low.

4. Replace Battery
1) Battery replacement should be handled by qualified technicians.
2) Loosen screw of the battery cover from rear housing, and remove the cover, and the battery will be seen.
3) Loosen screw of the rear housing and the front housing, and dismantle the device.
4) Pull out the connector JN9 and take out the battery.
5) Put the new battery in, inert the connector JN9, install the front and rear housing, and tighten the screw; then
cover the battery cover and finally tighten the screw.

Note:
1) Do not place the battery close to fire or heat source.
2) Use the specified battery provided by the manufacturer only.
3) The battery service life is two years; it is recommended to replace it earlier.
