    DEGREE ATTESTATION

    (FIRST TIME GOING TO SAUDI ARABIA ON WORK VISA)

    Requirements:
    5- Original Passport, ID card and Visa Copy
    6- Company Reference Letters are required in the name of Saudi Culture and Saudi
    Mission attested by Saudi Chamber (Sample enclosed)
    7- Original Job Contract Letter/ Agreement Letter required attested from Saudi
    Chamber and Foreign Office (Sample enclosed)
    8- Original Degree should be attested by Foreign Office and HEC Pakistan

    Submit your all original documents for attestation along with Original Degree. Photocopy
    of letters or contract letter will not be acceptable. All the documents are compulsory
    there is no exception.

    Charges: Rs.14200/- per document


    Time Required: 3 to 4 Weeks

    DEGREE ATTESTATION
    (ALREADY WORKING IN SAUDI ARABIA)

    Requirements:
    5. 2 Color Copy of Passport, Valid Iqama and CNIC (Signed and Stamped by
    Employer)
    6. Company Reference Letters are required in the name of Saudi Culture and
    Saudi Embassy, attested by Saudi Chamber (Sample enclosed)
    7. Original Job Contract Letter/ Agreement Letter required, attested from Saudi
    Chamber and Foreign Office (Sample enclosed)
    8. Original Degree should be attested by Foreign Office and HEC Pakistan

    Procedure:
    First of all you need to send 1 set of following papers to Saudi Culture in Pakistan via
    DHL or any other service. .
    1 Color Copy of Passport 1st Page (Signed and Stamped by Employer)
    1 Color Copy of Valid Iqama (Signed and Stamped by Employer)
    1 Color Copy of CNIC (Signed and Stamped by Employer)

    Second, you need to provide all others document to us such as:


    Reference letters, Agreement Letter, Original Degree, Set of attested Color Copy of
    Passport, Valid Iqama & CNIC and courier receipt copy.

    Charges: Rs.14200/- per document


    Time Required: 3 to 4 Weeks

    IMPORTANT GUIDELINE
     HEC verification record should be same as per your degree, if your degree is in objection
    due to HEC record objection charges will be applicable.
     Name and father name on Degree, Passport, ID card, Agreement letter, Reference letters
    and on Iqama should be same. Mismatch in name or spelling mistake is not acceptable.
     Time Duration for attestation can be varying and there is not any kind of urgent way to
    get attestation soon.
     Currier charges will be applicable if you want your degree back to Saudi Arabia after
    attestation.
