Super Tasty Chop Suey Pinakbet Tagalog Recipe

 1 piece red bell pepper sliced  1 piece onion chopped
 4 cloves garlic crushed
 1 piece onion sliced
 2 teaspoons bagoong alamang
 4 cloves garlic minced  2 ½ cups water
 1/2 cup water  3 tablespoons cooking oil

Procedure
