    Amazon is a multinational electronic trading company headquartered in Seattle, Washington, United


    States. Amazon is the world's largest online retailer. The company also manufactures consumer
    electronics - including Amazon Kindle electronic book readers and Kindle Fire tablet computers - and is
    one of the major providers of cloud computing services.

    This company was founded in 1994 which was founded by someone named Jeff Bezos with the name
    "Amazon.com". The company is named after the Amazon River, one of the largest rivers in the world,
    which is also named after Amazon, a nation of legendary female warriors in Greek mythology.
    Amazon.com started as an online bookstore, then became a seller of DVDs, CDs, MP3s, software, video
    games, electronic goods, equipment, furniture, food, toys, and jewelry. One product from Amazon is A2Z
    Development, A9.com, Alexa Internet, Amazon.com, Amazon Kindle, Amazon Studios, Amazon Web.
    Amazon had 69100 employees in 2012 and had a net income of US $ 631 billion in 2011.

    The initial development of the company

    The online store company with offices in Seattle, Washington, United States was built based on a very in-
    depth analysis. Bozes saw a huge opportunity with the development of the internet world that will occur
    in the future. And it is proven that the company is now growing rapidly. Initially, Bozes detailed that
    there were 20 lists of items to be marketed but then narrowed to just 5 that would be marketed and
    were considered very profitable. The five products are books, computer software, videos, computer
    hardware, and compact discs. Of these five lists, Bozes finally decided to sell books online at first. At the
    beginning of sales on amazon.com in the form of this book experienced rapid development because
    when it was open very much demand.

    Early investors and their development

    Early on this Amazon development, many investors bought shares here. But unfortunately, the first four
    years of Amazon's development is considered very slow growth so that many investors are complaining
    and selling their shares. In fact, at the beginning of the 21st century, many online stores were closed and
    one of them that was almost affected was this Bozes company. But fortunately, this company is still alive
    and can grow again. After the crisis in the early 21st century, companies have increasingly risen and
    made many promising profits. In fact, this company claims that it was he who popularized the online
    shopping community.

    Problems encountered
    During the building of the company, this online shop certainly Bozes could not be separated from the
    problems faced. Lots of problems experienced by Amazon during its development until now. The most
    prominent problem was the type of Bozes being sued by Walmart in 1998. Walmart sued that Bozes had
    stolen his trade secrets for employing employees from Walmart. However, these demands did not reach
    the court and could be settled by peaceful means outside the court.
