2017 - 2019 - Postdoc on fatty acid stocks and fluxes in aquatic food webs of arctic lakes.
- Building collaborations among teams of research from different countries.
- Designing, planning and leading arctic field sampling in Cambridge Bay, Nunavut
- Coordination of team members in remote locations for field sampling.
- two days formation in bioacoustics in Seattle (USA) for the use of a Biosonics DT-X
Extreme Echosounder and doing lake bathymetry in high-Arctic lakes.
2011-2017 - PhD on zooplankton use of terrestrial matter with stable isotope data (C, N and H)
and modelling allochthony with algebraic and Bayesian mixing models.
- Designing, planning and accomplishing spatial and seasonal studies in a boreal lake.
- Coordination of team members in field sampling and laboratory analyses.
- Calculations of zooplankton production with taxonomic identification, length
measurements, cohort analyses and with the chitobiase enzyme.
- Analyses on data from spatial sampling and time series with uni- and multivariate
analysis (multiple regressions, PCA, PermANOVA).
