    Terms and Conditions for BAHTNET Transfer

    1. Seruices Time : Monday Friday 9.3O a.m. 2.3O p.m.

    2. The Bank will proceed with the transfer as specified in the Application when the Bank has received
    payment therefor together with the required commission, fees and expenses in full.
    3. The Bank will consider the account number of beneficiary appearing on the Application as
    most significant and may, at the Bank's discretion, transfer funds to the account with such
    account number without having regard to the name of the beneficiary.
    4. In the event the Bank has been informed by the Beneficiary's Bank that the requested transfer cannot
    be effected, the Bank will notify the applicant thereof within the next working day. In case no fault has been
    notified by the Bank, the transfer shall be deemed to be successful.
    5. Where the funds cannot be transferred and has to be refunded, the Bank shall return to applicant only the
    amount to be transferred.
    6. The Bank shall be responsible for damage arising from any willful act or gross negligence of the Bank,
    upto but not exceeding the amount requested to be transferred, but shall not be liable for any loss or damage
    incurred from special circumstances or a technical failure of any computer system.
    7. The applicant shall inform the Bank at least 1 working day in advance (herewith
    PorPorNgor. 1-02 Form (AMLO Repoft) if transaction involving asset) where Bahtnet transfer
    for 5 million baht and above.
    B. There is no limit on the number of transactions and amount per transactions.
    9. Customers will be given copy of the application for Bahtnet on demand. Further customers are entitled to
    receive Debit Note on completion of the transaction.
    10. In case lhe customer wishes to enquire about the transaction done, following information must provide to
    the Bank, i.e. Date and time of transaction, account number of the requester and receiver, type of transaction
    (cash or transfer) and amount of transferred money. Customer shall be given information within next working
    day.
    11. In case any error comes to the knowledge of the Bank, Bank shall inform the customer about the error
    and shall investigate and cooperate to solve the error on best effort basis. However, Bank shall be liable only
    as stated in point no. 6.
    12. The Bank may amend these Terms and Conditions as it deems appropriate and such amendment shall be
    posted publicly at the Bank's office.
