ONLINE LOAN APPLICATION AND VERIFICATION SYSTEM
Abstract:
This project entitled “ONLINE LOAN APPLICATION AND

VERIFICATION SYSTEM” aims to we based recording all the activities. The
world is witnessing a dramatic change in the computer and information technology
sector.
To develop a user friendly and secure computerized record maintenance
system. This system provides all the necessary information and process the user,
which takes the company to provide the better service to the customers and to
improve the performance of the organization.
The project aims at automating the various activities involved in maintaining
different transactions that are carried out with respect to finance management. This
is an effective system designed with an aim of developing user friendly package
that would be easier to use and simple to maintain. The manual overhead is
reduced since the system includes all the major functionalities that were until now
maintained manually.
The system can be easily understood and can be operated easily without
having the need of elaborate user oriented training. The system involves the
computerization of customer enquiry details, customer personal detail, loan details,
proof details, payment & pending payment details and report details.
Existing system
The organization in which we are prepared our project currently working on the manually system, they
have some difficulties in current System. To solve those difficulties we are developed the new system on
PHP.
We first take the management approval for developing new system on PHP and given
the software and hardware requirements To fulfill the needs of computerization of newer system. During
the study of existing System following points is observed.
 As the current system is totally Manually
 Due to current system, it requires more time for completion of any work
 Report generation is somewhat difficult
 More manpower is require timely updating complicated
 Immediate response to the queries are difficult and time consuming
 To complete this need, the newer system development is necessary. So it’s marinating the office
&administrative works.
DRAWBACKS
 Lack of security of data.

 More man power.
 Time consuming.
 Consumes large volume of pare work.
 Needs manual calculations.
No direct role for the higher officials.
Proposed system
As the existing system is manually, data is stored on paper. At any time access is
somewhat difficult immediately or it takes more time.
To keep track of each document, record, searching required data is very tedious and
time-consuming job. Current position of the member is not possible To get in time. Long time is
taken to report. Searching back records are also very difficult.
To solve the above problem, the new system is required which has large storage
capacity, provider the excellent data security also, the new system is required to reduce the
manual work and time.

DESCRIPTION OF THE MODULES

CUSTOMER ENQUIRY DETAILS:
This module contains information about the customer name, address,
phone numbers, details will be stored. It also included details about the amount
details and different amount transaction details will be stored. Customer enquiry
will be stored and will be generate as a report.
CUSTOMER PERSONAL DETAILS:
In this customer personal details include details about the customer
name, address, phone numbers, contact details, email, etc. this information will be
stored in database. In future this information is generated as a report it is also
stored in database.
LOAN DETAILS:
In this module customer’s loan amount, interest of the particular amount,
customer id, customer address, date of the loan given to customer these are the
details will be stored and processed by a report. It is stored in database and it will
be generate by a report.
PROOF DETAILS:
This module include details about the details about the customer‘s
particular authority details. Using this proof only the company will give the loan
amount to the customer. Using this proof only need to decide whether the loan
amount will be providing to the customer or not.
This is a proof that is the main document of our project.
REPORT DETAILS:
This is a module that includes details of the every module details will be
view in a single module. It also stored in database. In future this will be use by
auditing purpose.
