ARCHITECTURAL NOTES DRAWING INDEX REPUBLIC OF THE PHILIPPINES

1. ALL DIMENSIONS ARE IN MILLIMETER UNLESS OTHERWISE SPECIFIED. ARCHITECTURAL NOTES


PERSPECTIVES
2. ALL WORKS SHALL BE DONE IN ACCORDANCE WITH TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS.
3. CONTRACTOR TO VERIFY EXISTING SITE CONDITIONS AND ACTUAL DIMENSIONS AT
SITE. CONTRACTOR TO SNAP CHALK LINES AT SITE FOR ARCHITECT'S APPROVAL.
4. SHOULD ANY DISCREPANCIES ARISE BETWEEN VARIOUS TRADES, ARCHITECTURAL A100
DRAWINGS ARE GENERALLY ASSUMED TO GOVERN. COORDINATE WITH ARCHITECT LAND AND ZONING
PRIOR PROCEEDING WORK.
5. ALL FINISHES, COLORS, LIGHTING FIXTURES AND RELEVANT EQUIPMENT SHOULD BE
CHECKED AND VERIFIED FIRST BY THE ARCHITECT BEFORE INSTALLATION. IT SHALL
INCLUDE PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS, NAMES, BRANDS, MATERIAL DATA SAFETY
SHEETS, WARRANTY DETAILS, AND OTHER RELEVANT DOCUMENTS. GROUND FLOOR PLAN
SECOND FLOOR PLAN
6. MATERIAL BOARD SHALL BE PROVIDED BY THE CONTRACTOR PRIOR PURCHASE AND GROUND FLOOR-REFLECTED CEILING PLAN
SEEK FOR THE APPROVAL OF ARCHITECT OR OWNER. SECOND FLOOR-REFLECTED CEILING PLAN
7. ALL PAINT SWATCHES AND WOOD STAINS SHALL BE PROVIDED AND APPROVED BY ROOF PLAN
FRONT ELEVATION LAND AND GRADE
THE ARCHITECT OR OWNER PRIOR APPLICATION. A101 REAR ELEVATION
8. THE ARCHITECT AND OWNER SHALL BE NOTIFIED PRIOR PAINT APPLICATION. LEFT-SIDE ELEVATION
RIGHT-SIDE ELEVATION
9. CEILING HEIGHT AND CLEARANCES REFLECTED ON THE PROPOSED PLANS SHALL BE CROSS SECTION 1
VERIFIED AND STUDIED BY THE CONTRACTOR ON SITE FIRST. IF ANY DISCREPANCIES CROSS SECTION 2
ARISE, INFORM THE ARCHITECT FOR VERIFICATION. LONGITUDINAL SECTION 1
LONGITUDINAL SECTION 2
10. THE CONTRACTOR IS RESPONSIBLE TO PROVIDE SPOT DETAILS, BLOW-UP DETAILS,
AND OTHER RELEVANT AND IMPORTANT DETAILS FOR ARCHITECT'S APPROVAL ON
ANY DISCREPANCIES, CHANGES, AND DEVIATIONS THEREOF.
11. CONTRACTOR SHALL INFORM THE ARCHITECT OR OWNER FOR ANY CHANGES OR ARCHITECTURAL
DEVIATIONS DURING CONSTRUCTION WHICH IS SUBJECT FOR APPROVAL BY THE
ARCHITECT.
12. VARIATION CLAIMS ARE BETWEEN THE CONTRACTOR AND OWNER ONLY. CLAIMS
DEPENDS ON ALL APPROVED CHANGES MADE BY THE OWNER.
13. ANY CHANGES INITIATED BY THE OWNER OR CONTRACTOR IN THE DESIGN, FINISHES,
MATERIAL, TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS, ETC AS STATED IN THE SET OF
CONSTRUCTION AND APPROVED DRAWINGS RELEASES THE ARCHITECT IN ANY
FUTURE LIABILITIES, CLAIMS AND DISPUTES.
14. PERSPECTIVES ARE FOR REPRESENTATION PURPOSES ONLY. CONTRACTORS ARE PERSPECTIVE 1 PERSPECTIVE 2 CIVIL / STRUCTURAL
ADVISED TO REFER TO A COMPLETE SET OF DETAILED CONSTRUCTION DRAWINGS
FOR FUTURE DETAILS.
