    CERTIFICATION

    TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:

    THIS IS TO CERTIFY, based on the Official Masterlist of Barangay and SK Officials for CY
    2018 to 2020 on file at this Office, that MS. CATHERINE N. TABULOG was duly elected as the first
    rank SANGGUNIANG KABATAAN MEMBER of Barangay Paranum, Lallo, Cagayan during the
    Synchronized Barangay and Sangguniang Kabataan Elections conducted last May 14, 2018 and
    that the term of Office of the above-mentioned official shall be three (3) years.

    THIS IS TO FURTHER CERTIFY, that the assumption of the above mentioned SK Official to
    the Office of the SK CHAIR is legal pursuant to Section 19(a) of RA 10742 otherwise known as the
    SK Reform Act of 2015 which provides that “In case an SK chairperson refuses to assume office,
    fails to qualify, voluntarily resigns, dies, is permanently incapacitated, is removed from office, the
    SK member who obtained the highest number of votes in the election immediately preceding shall
    assume the office of the chairperson for the unexpired portion of his/her term. In case said
    member refuses to assume the position or fails to qualify, the SK member obtaining the next
    highest number of votes shall assume the position of the chairperson for the unexpired portion of
    the term”.

    This Certification is issued upon request of the above-mentioned Barangay Official to


    support her assumption as the SANGGUNIANG KABATAAN CHAIR of Paranum, Lallo, Cagayan.

    Issued this 21st day of October, 2019 at Lal-lo, Cagayan.
