    Rental do hereby appoint ROWENA AGUINO DELOS SANTOS of legal age,
    Filipino, with business address at N. 5225 Demetello St. Brgy. Gen. T. De Leon.
    Valenzuela City my true and legal representative to act for and in my name and
    stead and to perform the following acts:

    1. To act as my representative to process Authority to Print (ATP) of my


    business name BBM Apartment Rental;

    2. To sign execute any paper’s/documents which may be deemed


    necessary to give full force and effect to the foregoing authority and
    other purposes
