    This AGREEMENT made end and entered into this 28th day of October 2019, in Imus City,

    WHEREAS, Silvestre Sarmiento, died intestate, without Will or Testament, and without any
    outstanding debts in favor of any person or entity;

    WHEREAS, Silvestre Sarmiento is the absolute and registered owner of two parcels of land
    located at Imus City, Cavite covered by Transfer Certificate of Title No. 16091 of the Registry of
    Deeds of of the Province of Cavite and more particularly described as follows:

    [Lot No. 445 of the Imus Estate Subdivision Province of Cavite, Case No. 8843 of the Court of
    Land Registration, Bounded on the North by Road; on the East by lot No. 444; on the South by lot
    No. 493and on the West by lot No. 446Containing an area of SIX HUNDRED EIGHTY EIGHT
    SQUARE METERS (688) more or less.]
    WHEREAS, pursuant to Rule 74, Sec. 1 of the Revised Rules of Court of the Philippines, and
    being with full capacity to contract, we do hereby adjudicate unto ourselves the parcel of land
    described above, THREE HUNDRED EIGHTY EIGHT SQUARE METERS (688) of which will be
    assigned to Rosario Vertulfo Sarmiento and the remaining THREE HUNDRED SQUARE METERS
    (300) will be divided between the children of the deceased Adela Sarmiento Cumayas in equal
    shares.
