For Evidence Final Exam: Section A & B

Create a Research Paper of any of the topics in Evidence.


Each must have a unique topic to discuss.

 Discuss the Principle/Doctrine/Rule of your choice.


 Provide its Applicability – how it is applicable in the Rule of Court?
 Give the latest jurisprudence.
 Give your conclusion or recommendation.
