    A RESOLUTION APPROVED AND ADOPTED BY THE SANGUNIANG KABATAAN OF BARANGAY MAGSAYSAY


    DECLARING VACANCY TO THE POSITION OF SK CHAIRPERSON

    WHEREAS, The Sanguniang Kabataan of Barangay of Magsaysay states a vacancy occur from the resignation of
    the SK Chairperson.
    WHERAS, JOHNRYL M. ROSALES the SK Chairman of the said barangay Resigned on September 20, 2019
    WHEREAS, The resignation of Mr. JOHNRYL M. ROSALES is due to his new job.
    WHEREAS, The position for the SK Chairperson is vacant.
    WHEREAS, The First SK Member LEONARD I. AGUILLON shall take the position of SK Chairperson.

    THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the position of SK Chairperson shall be filled by the first Sanguniang
    Kabataan member to fulfil the duties and responsibilities of an SK Chairman.

    RESOLVED, that the signatories who will assume the duties of SK Chairperson will be LEONARD I. AGUILLON
    RESOLVED AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, that this resolution shall only take effect upon the compliance of the
    following condition:

    1.Approved by the majority of the Sanguniang Kabataan Members.

    I hereby certify to the correctedness and truthfulness of the above SANGUNIANG KABATAAN RESOLUTION

    WHERAS, LEONARD I. AGUILLON the First SK Member of the said barangay who should take the place of the
    position of the SK Chairperson resigned due to the conflict of his job.
    WHEREAS, PRINCESS GRACE L. BERMUDEZ the Second SK Member will be appointed as the new SK
    Chairperson
    WHEREAS, The Sixth and Seventh Position of SK Member is vacant.

    THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the position of SK Chairperson shall be filled by the Second Sanguniang
    Kabataan member to fulfill the duties and responsibilities of an SK Chairman.

    RESOLVED, that the signatories who will assume the duties of SK Chairperson will be PRINCESS GRACE L.
    BERMUDEZ.
