    PRENUPTIAL AGREEMENT

    KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

    This Agreement signed this ____ day of _____ 2019 at Iloilo City,
    Philippines, by and between:

    DANNY C. GEQUILASAO, of legal age, single, Filipino and a resident of Poblacion


    Ilaya, Tapaz, Capiz, Philippines, hereinafter referred to as FIRST PARTY;

    -and-

    _____________________, of legal age, single, Filipino and a


    resident of ____________________________, hereinafter referred to as
    SECOND PARTY;

    WITNESSETH:

    WHEREAS, SECOND PARTY who is single and FIRST PARTY who became
    single by virtue of the declaration of nullity of his previous marriage intend to be
    married to each other on October 12, 2019 at ___________ and in anticipation
    of such marriage, desire to fix and determine various financial relationships that
    they will apply during their marriage and even upon the termination thereof;

    WHEREAS, each party enters into this agreement freely and under no
    duress or undue influence upon his or her decision to sign;

    WHEREAS, the Parties hereto mutually agree that their property relations
    as future spouses shall be under the regime of COMPLETE SEPARATION OF
    PROPERTY during their marriage;

    THAT, all the property, real and personal, now owned by the future wife,
    shall remain to be her own exclusive and separate property, subject to her
    disposition, administration, and enjoyment while those of the future husband, as
    per the following enumeration, shall likewise remain also to be his own exclusive
    and separate property, subject to his absolute disposition and administration, to
    wit:

    1. Residential land (Lot 1-K, Psd-06-0012820), covered by


    Transfer Certificate of Title No. T-163541 containing an area of
    Two Hundred Forty Four (244) SQ. M., more or less, located at
    Tabucan, Mandurriao, Iloilo City;

    2. Residential land (Lot 2314-S, Psd-06-005658), covered by


    Transfer Certificate of Title No. T-162089 containing an area of
    Two Hundred Fifty Three (253) SQ. M., more or less, located at
    Tabucan, Mandurriao, Iloilo City;

    3. Residential Three-Door, Two Story Apartment Building,


    standing on Lot No. 2314-S, Psd-06-005658, located at
    Tabucan, Mandurriao, Iloilo City per contract with contractor
    Joseph Depilango;

    4. Residential land (Lot 187-A, Plsm-998), containing an area of
    Four Hundred Seventy Three (473) SQ.M., more or less, located
    at San Julian, Tapaz, Capiz;

    5. Warehouse built on Lot 187-A, located at

    6. Residential land, where the conjugal home is standing,


    containing an area of Two Hundred (200) SQ. M., more or less,
    located at San Julian, Tapaz, Capiz;

    7. Residential Building (conjugal home), standing on the


    immediately preceding item No. 6;

    8. Coconut, Banana and Cogon land (Lot 199 Plsm-998) covered


    by Transfer Certificate of Title NO. T-35316 containing an area
    of Twenty Six Thousand Two Hundred (26,200) SQ. M., more or
    less located at San Julian, Tapaz, Capiz;

    9. Residential land, containing an area of One Thousand Seven


    Hundred (1,700) SQ. M., more or less located at San Pedro,
    Tapaz, Capiz;

    10. Commercial land (Lot 5179-portion) containing an area of Six


    Hundred Twenty Two (622) SQ.M., more or less covered by Tax
    Declaration No. 16-001-0452 located at Poblacion, Tapaz,
    Capiz;

    11. Commercial building (grocery store) standing on Lot 5179-


    portion, located at Poblacion, Tapaz, Capiz;

    12. Gas station satnding on Lot 5179-portion, covered by Tax


    Declaration No. 16-001-0453 located at Poblacion, Tapaz,
    Capiz;

    13. Residential Lot Nos. 54 and 55 located at Aganan Sunshine Coop


    Village;

    14. One (1) Unit Toyota Fortuner SUV with Plate No. FGF221;

    15. One (1) Unit Fuso Truck with Plate No. GNC 691;
