    Report Conducted by Team EXPECTED on 30 0ct0ber 2019 at Mabini colleges with the
    following result to wit.

    3. NARRATIVE OF EVENTS.

    1. FR received an information and executed with the proper legal authority according to law to
    the crime scene.
    2. FR investigate the crime scene and send report to the chief of police.
    3. The investigation of the FR is being submitted to ioc and conduct an evaluation to the
    information given/submitted from the responder.
    4. IOC request an SOCO team for further investigation to the crime scene
    5. SOCO team leader and assistant team leader view the condition and review every part of
    info and determine the cause and judge it in a thoughtful way.
    6. The line officer starts to cordon the crime scene.
    7. Photographer which in charge in getting photo is taking the shots to the crime scene and
    also for the guidance of general view namely the North,East,West and South angel of the
    crime scene.
    8. A Cadaver is being mark by the evidence marker.
    9. After marking the cadaver, we are focusing to the evidence gather to the crime scene.
    10. All evidence which is gather is being sent to the evidence costodian and the SOCO team
    start to conduct group picture that served as their documentation.
