    Atlas Copco Craelius is a division of the Atlas Copco Group that works in the
    area of exploration drilling. We have evolved into a complete supplier of core
    drilling equipment. As a result of our own development activities and acquisi-
    tions, there are a number of well known product names in our family.
    Surface core drilling rigs
    Boyles is a name with a
    worldwide reputation for
    core drilling rigs for surface
    use. Boyles has been in
    business for more than
    100 years, giving it a
    reputation as a classic and
    trusted name.

    Core barrels
    Corac is the name for our
    wireline system. Corac is
    a truly reliable wireline
    system, which incorpo-
    rates innovative new
    features for wireline core
    drilling.

    The Corac range consists of:

    • CORAC wireline core barrels.


    Double and tripple tube wireline
    core barrels for soft, medium hard
    to extremely hard formations. Sizes from 48 to 96 mm.
    • S GEOBOR wireline core barrels. Tripple tube core barrels for core drilling
    and sampling in soft formations in size S (146 to 150 mm)
    • TT extra thin kerf double tube core barrels. For medium hard to extremely
    hard formations (46-60 mm).
    • T2 thin kerf double tube core barrels. For medium hard to extremely hard
    formations (46-101 mm).
    • T6 medium thin kerf double tube core barrels. For soft to medium hard
    formations (76-146 mm).
    • O-wireline core barrels
    Diamond drill bits
    Craelius is a world-leading
    name for diamond bits.

    The Craelius range consists of:

    • Impregnated and surface set diamond bits and reaming shells for all
    major core barrels in sizes from 36 to 170 mm (1.42 to 6.69 in.)
    • Non-coring diamond bits for grout hole drilling.

    Diamec is a world-leading
    name of underground core
    drilling rigs. Diamec
    represents the ultimate in
    core drilling technology.
