    section (4) of section 79 of theNational Highways Safeiy Ordinance, 2000 (XL
    of 2000), the Federal Government, in consultation with the National Highways
    and Pakistan Motorway Police, is pleased to direct that the following
    amendments shall be made in the Twelfth Schedule to the aforesaid Ordinance,
    namely:-
