1st Speaker:

Universal health coverage is fundamental to

ensuring social protection for health. The
poorest populations often face the
highest health risks and need more health
services. A key element of financing
for universal health coverage is sharing
resources to spread the financial risks of ill-
health across the population.
We are very honored to have invited our first

##### LUNCH BREAK ######

Good afternoon Ladies and Gentlemen

1st Speaker

“The purpose of life is to live it, to taste

experience to the utmost, to reach out
eagerly and without fear for newer and richer
experience.”

It is an honor and privilege for me to

introduce our first speaker for this afternoon.

He has joined Cushman and Wakefield

Philippines in 2017 as a Research Analyst
for the Tenant Advisory Group, arming the
team with up-to-date office market
intelligence in order to provide the right
advice to the company’s esteemed clients.
He also works hand-in-hand with the
Research & Consultancy team, keeping
them abreast with updated office market
data; taking part in the preparation of
research outputs such as reports,
publications, and presentations; and being
involved in end-to-end consultancy
initiatives.

The management of huge amounts of data,

and making sense out of them, has always
been the center of His work. Before joining
Cushman and Wakefield, he was a Business
Reconciliation Analyst of Forever 21,
ensuring that sales from different channels
are all accounted for, and that discrepancies
are identified and resolved. He also served
as a Data Integrity Analyst for Thomson
Reuters, ensuring that contract systems,
billing systems, and entitlement systems all
carry one and the same data, and where
there are discrepancies, that these be
scrutinized and rectified.
