Good morning everyone.
We are going to start our webinar-workshop in a
while. With this, we would like to request everyone to please use the virtual background given in our chat box. Thank you so much! --- According to Bruce Lee, learning is never cumulative, it is a movement of knowing, which has no beginning and no end. To our dearest Professor for this subject, Dr. Manuel Caingcoy, to my co- PHDSE-Mathematics students, to the Ph.D. in Education major in Instructional Systems Design students, to our brilliant speaker for this morning, to the guest participants, ladies and gentlemen, good morning! Welcome to the last session of our subject in Curriculum Design in Education, the Webinar-Workshop on Current Practices on Assessment and Curriculum Evaluation. To begin, let us put ourselves in the presence of the Lord with a prayer which will be followed by the singing of the national anthem through an audio-visual presentation. In the name of the Father, and of the Son, and the Holy Spirit, amen. --- At this moment, let us hear an opening remarks from our brilliant professor, Dr. Manuel E. Caingcoy. Let us give Sir Caingcoy a virtual applause, please. --- Thank you so much sir Caingcoy. At this juncture, we are going to get to know the background of our invited speaker for this morning. Without further ado, let us welcome sir Orville Evardo Jr., a PHDSE-Math Student and the STEM 11 chairperson of Ateneo de Davao University to introduce our resource speaker. ------ Thank you so much, Dr. Rachel B. Remedios. At this juncture, we are going to have now our open forum, or anyone who would want to give their reactions based on the presentation made by our speaker, you may now raise your hand to be acknowledged. Since no one is raising their hands yet, we can start our open forum or giving of reactions with our facilitators. I think sir Orville would like to say something. Thank you so much for your participation. This time, we are going to have the workshop proper. Our resource speaker Dr. Rachel B. Remedios will be giving the workshop instructions. (additional instruction) The group assignment for the PHDSE-mathematics and ISD students is shown on screen. Please go to your respective breakout rooms. For our guest participants, you can have a hopping on the three breakout rooms and observe how they accomplish the workshop outputs. --- At this moment, we are going to have the critiquing of workshop outputs. The sequence of the presentation will begin with Group 1, to be followed by Group 2, and the last to present will be the Group 3. Please be informed that after the presentation of Group 1, one member of Group 2 will give their comments. Group 3 will comment on the presentation of Group 2, while Group 1 will give their comments for Group 3. After every presentation, our resource speaker will also critique the workshop outputs of every group. Please be informed that each group will only be given 2-4 minutes, to have their presentation. For the reactors, you will be 2 minutes to give your comments. Let us start now the presentation with the Group 1. ***adlib*** At this juncture, we will have now the awarding of certificate.
