Call to order: Ladies and gentlemen, may I request everyone to please settle down and find their

comfortable sits now for we are about to begin the program.

We’ll have a roll call for all the participants: coming from IALS, IBPA, ICE, IETT, and Extension Campuses:
BEC, SIEC and CEC.

It seems like everything is settled. So to formally begin the program, shall we all stand for the prayer
through an audio visual presentation and please remain standing for the singing of the Philippine
National Anthem.

Please be seated.

Intro: To all participants, fellow leaders, recognized campus clubs and organizations of this college,
teachers and guests, inside the four corners of this room, a very good morning to one and all, it is my
pleasure to welcome you all to our Gender Fair Education Program. It’s an avenue that will surely give
each and every one a lot of learning on Gender Literacy, and Sexual Harassment.

By the way, my name is Dara and I’m your host for today’s undertaking. Now, ladies and gentlemen, why
don’t we start of warming up our morning and let us give everybody a warm round of applause. It seems
like everyone is excited, so let’s no longer prolong the agony in this day’s meaningful event.

Opening Remarks: Nothing can be more reassuring and heart-warming than affectionate words of
welcome. Would you please join me in welcoming our Director for Student Services, Dr. Saturnino E.
Dalagan Jr.? Around of applause please.

At this juncture, we are going to hear an overview of this undertaking by the director of GAD Center, no

TOPIC 1: At this very moment we are going to listen to our first discussant, MR. JHONNEL VILLEGAS, our
GAD Focal Person regarding the topic on … SEX AND GENDER IN BIOLOGICAL AND SOCIOLOGICAL
CONSTRUCT. Let’s give him a hand of applause, please.

Thank you so much sir for the very comprehensive discussion. Indeed, it was a plenty of food for
thoughts.

Since our minds were fed with the knowledge we got from the first speaker, and surely will be fed again
with another interesting topic from our respective speakers later, let’s not forget also to feed our
stomach. So, let’s have a quick short break and just stay with your seats for there will be snacks to be
delivered.

TOPIC 2: To get some of his insights into the topic on VIOLENCE AGAINST WOMEN AND CHILDREN AND
SEXUAL HARASSMENT allow me to welcome our GAD Focal Person too, Ms. Jeralyn Sacro.
This activity wouldn’t be made possible, allow me to acknowledge the persons behind this event and
other collaborating agencies as well, GENDER AND DEVELOPMENT CENTER HEADED BY …., OFFICE OF
STUDENT AFFAIRS, HEALTH SERVICES UNIT,CITY HEALTH OFFICE, AND MOST ESPECIALLY THE SSG.
