INTRODUCTION
The Result-Based Performance Management System (RPMS) of the DepEd supports the
Vision, Mission and Values of the agency as it continuously endeavour to evolve as a
learner-centered public institution.
The RPMS is an intervention that will help ensure the strategic, responsive, and effective
delivery of Human Resources Management & Development (HRMD) services at all levels of
DepEd so that it can effectively implement a learner centered, School-based Management
System anchored on the k-12 strategies to improve the quality of public schools.
Good morning everyone. It is an honor and privilege to be your master of ceremony for
todays event. I am Bo G. Samar from Maria Asuncion Rodriguez Tiga HS. I am extremely
delighted that all of you are here to take a great leap for our beloved Division of Taguig City
and Pateros.
Welcome to Signal Village National High School for the SCHOOL PERFORMANCE
MANAGEMENT TEAM TRAINING WORKSHOP ON RESULT-BASED PERFORMANCE
MANAGEMENT SYSTEM PLANNING AND EVALUATION, with the theme: Gearing Up for
RPMS: A Reorientation.
So there you have it. Please all stand for an opening prayer to be led by Ms. Leonora P. Pili,
Teacher from R. Papa Annex and the singing of the Philippine National Anthem followed by
the singing of the NCR Hymn and Himno ng TAPAT to be conducted by Ms. Gilbora M.
Cabilin.

OPENING REMARKS
You may now take your seats. My pleasure to introduce a woman of great dignity and pride,
a true mirror of determination, courage and benevolence. Please help me welcome the
Principal IV of Signal Village National HS, to give her welcome remarks, a big round of
applause to Dr. Noemi O. Bayle.

Thank you Dr. Bayle for welcoming all of us here in SVNHS.

CHEKING OF ATTENDANCE
This time, we will have the checking of attendance of all the participants for today. This will
be done by the Master Teacher from Taguig Integrated School, Mrs. Maripaz E. Albes.
Thank you Maam Albes, Im pretty sure that this training will be productive because this is
participates by our supportive department heads and coordinators across the secondary
schools of the Division of Taguig City and Pateros.
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE
To give us the Statement of Purpose for this days training workshop, let us have the
Science Head Teacher of Upper Bicutan National HS, Mrs. Jocelyn R. Sarcia.
Thank you Maam Sarcia for stating the purpose of this workshop. Its now time to unfreeze
and to break the ice. An unfreezing activity will be lead by Ms. Marian J. Benjamin from the
host school, SVNHS.

REVIEW OF RPMS
I know all of us are ready for todays training workshop. And to start this days discussion
through the review of the Result-Based Performance Management System (RPMS) & DepEd
Order No. 2 s. 2015, may I call in, Ms. Thelma H. Sagaban, Master Teacher from Taguig
National HS.

PHASE I
Thank you Maam Sagaban. The Phase I of the RPMS Framework which is the Performance
Planning and Commitment will be discussed by Mr. Donald Bruno, English Head Teacher
from Bagumbayan National HS and Mr. Rian Loriega, Science Head Teacher from Gen R.
Papa Memorial High School Main.
PHASE II AND III
The Phase II and III of the RPMS Framework which are the Performance Mentoring and
Coaching & Performance Review and Evaluation will be discussed by Mr. Nolito Estilles,
TLE Head Teacher from Western Bicutan National HS and yours truly, Mr. Bo G. Samar from
Maria Asuncion R. Tiga HS.
PHASE IV
The Phase IV of the RPMS Framework which is the Performance Rewarding and
Development Planning will be discussed by Mrs. Angelita O. Cudal, Mathematics Head
Teacher from Pateros National HS and Ms. Adelyne T. Palas, Head Teacher from Tipas
National HS.

Let us now be in motion to the last part of this days program, - the Awarding of Certificates
to the Speakers, Facilitators and Attendees. May I call in to present the Certificates of
Recognition, the Principal IV of Western Bicutan National HS, Dr. Rea Milana-Cruz.
And to formally close this successful and productive affair and to thank everyone who has
been a part of this training workshop, to give her Closing Remarks, Ms. Jermaine J.
Dizon, Master Teacher I from Sen. Renato Compaero Cayetano MSTHS.
