Date/Time: 0800H OCTOBER 2019 Subject: Spot Report CRIME SCENE On October 4, 2019 at about 08:00 o’clock in the morning a shooting incident transpired at Rodriguez rd. Bgy. San jose Puerto princesa city Palawan wherein the victim one Nestor Dela Torre Y Urdas, 46 years old, and a resident of bgy. San jose Puerto princesa city, was shot by Mr .Harry Legazpi with caliber 45. Based on the two sets of cartridge case recovered at the crime scene. The investigation conducted by PO3 Rey S. Esteban of the Puerto princesa police station. According to the resident the victim was washing his car on the garage of their house Mr. Legazpi the suspect shot him and immediately escape. As a result thereof, the victim sustained gunshot wounds in the different parts of the body and was rushed to Puerto princesa Provincial Hospital for medical treatment but was pronounced dead on arrival (DOA) by the attending physician thereat. The suspect was arrested at the house during hot-pursuit operation conducted. PO3 Esteban of the Puerto Princesa Police Station is still working on the case. Evidences collected at the crime scene: 1. Fired bullet 2. Two (2) fired cartridge case (caliber 45.) 3. One (1) gun (caliber 45.) 4. Bloodstain 5. Slippers 6. Wallet
