Post-Nuptial Agreement
WHEREAS the Trustee is the registered owner of all that piece of land and hereditaments
known as HSM 38816, PT 592, Bandar Port Swettenham, Daerah Klang, Negeri Selangor measuring
approximately 298 square metres together with double storey terrace house bearing postal address of
No.31, Jalan Aur/KS4, Taman Aur, 42000 Klang, Selangor (hereinafter collectively referred to as “the
Property”).
WHEREAS the Trustee had obtained the banking facilities from M/s Hong Leong Bank
Berhad to finance the purchase of the Property.
WHEREAS CHEE SEOK THENG (NRIC No. 850804-08-6390) (hereinafter referred to as “the
Beneficiary”) had contributed to the Purchase Price and monthly installments payable to M/s Hong
Leong Bank Berhad in respect of the Property.
WHEREAS the Trustee acknowledged that the Beneficiary is entitled to the entire undivided
share and agrees to hold entire undivided share of the Property in trust for the Beneficiary for his
absolute use and enjoyment.
1. That the trustee hereby declares that he holds entire undivided share of the Property in trust for
the Beneficiary and for the absolute use and benefit of the Beneficiary.
2. That the Trustee shall at any time upon the request and/or direction of the Beneficiary transfer
or assign the Property to the Beneficiary and/or to such other person(s) as the Beneficiary may
specifies and PROVIDED ALWAYS THAT all legal fees, stamp duties, costs and/or expenses
incurred for such transfer or assignment shall be borne by the Beneficiary absolutely.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Trustee abovenamed has hereunto set his hand the day and year first
abovestated.
