Connections For Power Wizard 1.

Gen Fault Wire no 88 on the top terminal strip (Fig.1)


Gen Door From switch supplied.
Gen Run Wire no 90 on the top terminal strip (Fig.1)
Gen on Load Not supported
Gen Temp Not supported
Gen Oil Press Not supported
Emergency Stop From switch on the side where +12Volt signal falls away
when pushed, if switch is available.
Gen Low Fuel Not connected as Inala fuel probe is installed.
Remote Start Wire no 5&24 – At the bottom terminal strip connection
Points 1 and 2 (Fig.2)
Mains on load Not supported
Remote Reset Not supported
12Volt Supply +12V on terminal block wire 1+ position 1
Ground on terminal strip wire number 5 (Fig.1)
Direct on battery is the best.
When doing the connections the wires on positions 40 and 27 on the controller side
(marked on the connector) and with the numbers 7 on both wires should be cut off and
connected together.
Connect this joint wires to ground number 5 on terminal strip. (Fig.3)

The controller should be programmed for the following configuration.

Digital selector # 4 should be configured for user 3 (Generator Running)


Digital selector # 3 should be configured for user 1 (Generator Alarm)

To program these parameters follow the following steps.


1) Go to Main Menu the arrow.

2) Use the  arrow to go to Configure.


3) Press the  arrow to enter the Configure sub menu.

4) Use the  arrow to go to Setpoints.

5) Press the  arrow to enter the Setpoints sub menu.

6) Use the  arrow to go to Other.

7) Press the  arrow to enter the Other sub menu.

8) Use the  arrow to go to Digital Selectors.

9) Press the  arrow to enter the Digital Selectors sub menu.

10) Use the  arrow to go to Digital Selector #3.

11) Press the  arrow to select Digital Selector #3 to be changed.

12) Press the  arrow again to select the User for Digital Selector #3.

13) Use  arrows to change to User 1 for Digital Selector #3.

14) Press the  arrow to set new setting.

15) Press the  to go back to Digital Selectors.

16) Use the  arrow to go to Digital Selector #4.

17) Press the  arrow to select Digital Selector #4 to be changed.

18) Press the  arrow again to select the User for Digital Selector #4.
19) Use  arrows to change to User 3 for Digital Selector #4.
20) Press the  arrow to set new setting.
21) Press the Engine Logo button to exit menu.

Make sure that you put controller in the Auto Mode after the installation by
pressing the yellow button in the middle.

To change language from French to English


1) Go to Main Menu the arrow.

2) Use the  arrow to go down 6 places to Preferences


3) Press the  arrow to enter the menu.

4) Use the  arrow to go down 5 places to Language.

5) Press the  arrow to enter menu and select English.
