PRESSURE SENSOR DIAGNOSTIC ROUTINE

This routine is helpful for testing the Pressure Sensor function.

1) To invoke this routine, bring the control to PROGRAMMING State from OFF State by pressing On/Off key.
2) Keep pressing the Water Level key, press the Start/Pause key twice with interval between two key presses above 100 ms.
3)The following sequence has to be followed:

All the LEDs to be turned off during this routine.

This routine displays water level in liters in the machine on the seven-segment display for 2 seconds.
Switch on the Inlet Valve. Also display the water level in liters on the 7-segment display till the Extra High water level is reached.
Switch off Inlet Valve and Pause for 10 sec.
Switch on the drain until the pressure sensor input senses the reset level. Also, display the water level in liters on the 7-segment display.
Pause for 1 min (Drain is continuously ON).
Switch on spin for 1 min
Turn OFF Drain and Spin.
Turn ON EOC signal for 5 sec.

This routine cannot be activated during RUNNING / PAUSE / OFF State. It can be activated only in PROGRAMMING State.

NOTE: Since there is no Seven segment display in M1, the water level has to be monitored manually.

Downloaded from www.Manualslib.com manuals search engine

SPIN TEST ROUTINE
This routine is helpful to test the Spin Function in the production line.
To invoke this routine, bring the control to PROGRAMMING State from OFF State by pressing On/Off key.
1) Keep pressing the Wash Option key, press the Special Cycle key twice with interval between two key presses above 100 ms.
2)Provide a delay of 10 secs. The control goes for direct spin for 4 mins.
3)Spin LED to be continuously on and all other LEDs to be turned off.
4)Seven Segments should be turned off.
5)Once the cycle is completed, EOC beep to be generated.
6)The control should go to OFF state after EOC.
During Spin routine, lid switch has to be satisfied (Lid has to be closed). Pressure sensor input has to be in the reset level.
This routine cannot be activated during RUNNING / PAUSE State. It can be activated only during PROGRAMMING State.

Downloaded from www.Manualslib.com manuals search engine

COUNT CHECK ROUTINE

To enter Count Check Routine, follow below mentioned steps:

1) In the OFF State, Keep pressing Start/Pause key, press Wash Option key twice with interval between two key
presses above 100 ms.
2) Software version will be displayed with the Program LEDs glowing. (Binary sequence to be followed to indicate the
Software version using the Program group LEDs. For Eg: For Third Software version (S03) Stain Wash and Water
Storage discrete LEDs will glow – 000011; For S10, Delicate and Stain Wash discrete LEDs will glow - 001010 )
3) If Program key is pressed once, Burn in count is displayed with Wash Option LEDs.
4) If Burn in count is within 200, Saver discrete LED has to glow. For every 200 counts increase (till 1000 counts) in the
Burn in , a Wash Status LED should glow in the order of Saver, Spin, Rinse, Wash and Agitronic Soak. (For Example:
If the count is 340, Spin LED should glow and similarly if the Burn in count is 660, Wash LED should start glowing.)
4) If Program key is pressed once, then the control will indicate the If Program key is pressed again, control will enter
Off state.
