    after having been duly sworn to an oath in accordance with law, hereby depose and say:

    1. We solda parcel of land toROLANDO ENDRIGA JERVOSO, Filipino, of legal


    age and aresident of Brgy. San Lorenzo Ruiz, Sogod, Southern Leyteby virtue
    of a Extrajudicial Settlement of Estate with Deed of Absolute Sale on
    ______________ under Doc. No. ___, Page No: ___, Book No: ___, series of
    2019 of the Notarial Book of Atty. Marvin A. Magaipo, as part of retention
    area of not more than five (5) hectares;

    2. This affidavit is executed in compliance with DAR Administrative Order No. 1,


    series of 1989 as well as to show proof that the land subject of the above-
    mentioned transaction as part of our retention or portion of retention area of
    not more than five (5) hectares.
