Human Heart Nature is a social enterprise that seeks


to help the Filipino people while producing
genuinely natural products.

Mission: “Being faithful stewards of our God-given talents and natural resources, we will give the best of
ourselves to urgently and sustainably build a global company which will showcase the best of the
Philippines and uplift all our people, especially the poor through providing affordable, quality, natural
products.”

The origin of each Human Nature product belongs to Mother Earth's own laboratory of
moist rich soil, sunshine, and dew. Our ingredients are more than inspired by nature – they are
nature itself, carefully selected, deftly distilled and perfectly ble nded in each bottle.

Vision: “We will be the gold standard of a globally successful enterprise with a heart that will embolden
all businesses to better serve society.”

Their business ethics are primarily incorporated in the mission, vision, and values statements.

Values:

FAITH IN ACTION. It is faith that drives us as a company. Faith led us to build Human Nature and it is
faith that continues to embolden us to build a global company that will uplift all people, especially the poor.

BAYANIHAN. We are one family that joyfully supports each other. As we strive to work together, we
strengthen each other and the bonds that link the Human Nature bayanihan chain.

INTEGRITY. We keep our commitments. We courageously uphold honesty and truthfulness in all our
dealings.

EXCELLENCE. We believe we can be the best in the world. We constantly strive towards improvement
and innovation every day.

STEWARDSHIP. We recognize that everyone and everything is a gift from God. We seek to bring out the
greatness inherent in each one.

PADUGO. We build hope for others when we put their interests above our own. We seek to serve rather
than be served.

COMPASSION. We will always be there for those in need - to give, to guide and to grow. Walang Iwanan.

These are also what they expect of their employees as moral standards. They seek to alleviate
problems in the Philippines like poverty and the like, and do their best to provide sustainable solutions.

This is proven in their numerous projects and partnerships namely, Gawad Kalinga (they help build
houses in what they call GK Villages), Bayani Brew (all-Filipino owned beverage with detoxifying agents;
GK Enchanted Farm produced), Precious Herbal Pillows (natural pain-relief business), First Harvest (GK
Enchanted Farm founded), Theo and Philo (artisan chocolates), Mori Notes (handmade handicrafts by
mothers), Kape Maria (locally sourced coffee industry), and MARSSE (sustainable wooden products).
