DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Proprietor/ Pharmacist

 To ensure the safety and health at work of all persons employed by him.
 Make the business plan and the budget.
 Review the report of production in relationship with sales.
 Completes pharmacy operational requirements by organizing and verifying
their preparation and labeling of pharmaceutical items.
 Supervises the work results of support personnel.

2. Sales Consultant

 Provides advice to solve problems, create value, improve growth, and


maximize business efficiency and profitability.

3. Pharmacist/ Manager

 Identify and address problems and opportunities for the company.


 Build alliance and partnership with suppliers, & other organizations.
 Serves patients by preparing medications, giving pharmacological
information.
 Prepares medications by reviewing and interpreting physician orders.
 Dispenses medications by compounding, packaging, and labeling
pharmaceuticals.
 Provides pharmacological information by answering questions and requests
of patients.
 Resolving conflicts or complaints from customers.

4. Operations Manager

 Ensure all legal and regulatory documents are filled and monitor compliance
with laws and regulations
 Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures,
rules, and regulations.
 Conduct recruitment and make financial arrangement
 Compare sales with intended goals on short- and long-term basis
 Make important policy, planning and strategy decisions.
 Oversee budgeting, reporting, planning and auditing
 Monitoring the Pharmacy activity and ensuring it is properly staffed.

5. Supervisor

 Maintains records and removes outdated and damaged drugs from the
pharmacy inventory.
 Supervises the work results of Pharmacy Assistants.
 Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
 Giving instructions or orders to subordinate employees.
 Approving work hours.
 Ensure great customer service at all levels.
 Releases payroll of the Pharmacy Assistants.

6. Pharmacy Assistant

 Processing sales transactions for medications and pharmaceutical items.


 Directing all queries relating to medical prescriptions, medications to the
Pharmacist.
 Taking inventory of all medication and pharmaceutical items.
 Restocking shelves with medications & other pharmaceutical supplies.
 Ensuring that work areas are organized and clean
