    I student taught for a full year in LCISD at T.L. Pink Elementary in a 5 th grade bilingual
    ◦ USING DATA TO GUIDE classroom. I assisted my mentor teacher with lesson planning, as well as implementing
    INSTRUCTION my own lesson plans. I assisted the librarian with planning/preparing Family Literacy
    Night and assisted with UIL Spelling.

    ◦ PLANNING ACTIVITIES At Needville High School, I participated in a class more practically called Ready, Set,
    FOR SCHOOLWIDE EVENTS Teach. For two hours a day, three days a week, I would assist a teacher in a lower
    grade level. I was in a 6th grade ELA class junior year and a 5th grade ELA class senior
    year. Throughout this experience, I learned basic classroom management skills, the
    basics of a lesson plan, and how to work on specific skills with students individually.

    B.S. in Teaching and Learning Throughout my time in college, I worked as a general contractor’s assistant at Close to
    Generalist EC-6 Home Construction. During this time, I gained skills in being detailed with my work,
