University of Pittsburgh at Bradford Classes
● Directing & Devising

In this class, the students were the directors to the spring 2020 production for The University of Pittsburgh
at Bradford. This class helped me to understand not only my own acting technique but also that of my
fellow actresses within the production. What was interesting about this class is that the students created the
story, the characters, and helped develop the scenes. Unfortunately, due to COVID-19, a live performance
was not an option so the class turned digital and became an Underworld podcast in the style of a Dungeons
and Dragons session.

● Vocal Arts Ensemble

In the Vocal Arts Ensemble, singers at the University of Pittsburgh at Bradford came together as a choir to
sing for events and even our own concerts. This class helped me to keep pursuing my love of music and
singing in choirs.

● Digital Music Creation

Digital Music Creation was a class where students learned to use DAWs or digital audio workstations. We
were taught DAWs such as Audacity and Reason. This class helped to broaden my horizons in music by
teaching me how to digitally manipulate sound and create songs. I actually used Audacity and my
experience from Digital Music Creation in my Capstone project.
