    KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

    That I, SAMBITORY C. LAGO JR. of legal age, married to Diza A.


    Umalay-Lago with postal address at Lot 13 Block 6 Zone XI-B Brgy.
    Fatima, General Santos City hereinafter referred to as the DONOR, and
    SHAMMIE C. LAGO, likewise of legal age, single with postal address at
    Lot 13 Block 6 Zone XI-B Brgy. Fatima, General Santos City hereinafter
    called the DONEE, witnesseth:

    That the DONOR is the registered owner of a parcel of land, more


    particularly described as follows:

    Lot 17, Block 18, PSD-12-060012

    A parcel of land being a portion of the Subdivision Plan of Lot


    940, PLS-209-D. Bounded on the SE along Line 1-2 by Lot 13, Block
    18; On the SW along Line 2-3 by road Lot 17 (8.00M. Wide ); NW
    along line 3-4 by Lot 17; and on the NE along line 4-1 by 16, Both of
    block 18, all of the Subd. Plan. Beginning at a point marked “1” on
    the plan, Being S. 24 DEG. 46’W., 599.52 M. from BLLM No. 5,
    PLS-209-D,Thence; S. 89 DEG. 19’W., 9.84 M. to point 2; N. 00
    DEG. 48’W., 10.16 M. to point 3; N. 89 DEG. 19’E., 9.85 M. to point
    4; S. 00 DEG. 44’E., 10.16 M. to point 1; point of beginning.
    Containing an area of One Hundred (100) square meters, more or less.
    All corners referred to are indicated on plan and are marked on the
    ground by PS CYL Con. Mons. 15x40 cm., otherwise, all boundary
    corners are old PS CYL. Conc. Mons. 15x60 cm., bearing true,
    surveyed by Eng’r Ferdinand G. Quilop on January 5 to 31, 2009 and
    approved on August 18, 2010.

    That the DONEE is a brother of the DONOR, who has lovingly dedicated


    five (5) years of his life as the latter's personal bodyguard and companion;

    That FOR AND IN CONSIDERATION of the DONEE'S trust, devotion and


    affection shown to the DONOR, and as an act of gratitude and liberality on
    his part, the DONOR hereby voluntarily GIVES, TRANSFERS, and
    CONVEYS by way of donation, unto the said DONEE, his heirs and
    assigns, the above described property, together with all the improvements
    found thereon, free from all liens and encumbrances;
     
    That the DONOR affirms that this donation is not made
    with intent to deceive his creditors, and that he has reserved for himself
    sufficient funds and property;

    That the DONEE hereby accepts and receives this donation made in


    his favor by the DONOR, and hereby manifests his gratefulness for the
    latter's generosity.

    IN WITNESS WHEREOF, both the DONOR & DONEE have hereunder
