I have evaluated in detail more than ten birth charts of different timings between 03:00 AM and
05:00 AM of your birth day i.e. of 13th September 1977, which have been prepared by working on
the birth details and other information provided by you.
After going through all this process and after analyzing all these charts in order to rectify your time
of birth, I have come to a conclusion that your current birth time 04:45 AM is very close to your
actual time of birth. This is because the birth chart of 04:45 AM is accurately predicting all the
events in your life in better way. Hence, in my opinion, the birth time of 04:45 AM +/- 2 minutes is
your correct birth time. Therefore, whatever sources has provided you this time of birth, I will
appreciate the same.
It is to be noted that the information provided by you about your physical features strongly
indicates that your birth should be in Leo ascendant, which was effective from 04:02 AM to 06:20
