    DESCRIPTION OF PROBLEM:
    ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
    ---------------
    Blank screens in the web client when selecting the "Do Not Show Again" option
    on the P6 Web log-in page for SSO.

    EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
    -----------------------
    For the screens to display as expected even after selecting the "Do Not Show
    Again" option on the log-in page for SSO.

    STEPS
    -----------------------
    The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
    1. Launch a web browser (IE Explorer, MS Edge, Google Chrome)
    2. Open the P6 EPPM web site
    3. Select Preferences, Resources, Projects or Application Settings
    4. Get a blank, white screen

    ADDITIONAL INFO:
    Customer has used IE Edge, Firefox and Google Chrome and all browsers perform
    in the same behavior

    EXPECTED OUTCOME:
    HTML5 should load as normal using the "Do Not Show Again" button for SSO

    POTENTIAL WORKAROUNDS:
    Customer can delete temporary internet files and leave the "Do Not Show
    Again" button unchecked and all pages appear
