Creative strategies are being used by companies across the globe, in order to

attract specific segments of population or as a whole. Here are a few innovative


strategies implemented by them:-

1. McDonald and Snapchat


 McDonald and Snapchat together came up with an initiative called
McSnapchat in order to attract millenials who were looking for job
 McDonald’s has been telecasting Snapchat ads of current employees talking
about their work to attract millennials
 In Australia, Snapchat can be used in the form of “Snapapplication”. They
are attracted by inviting them to wear McDonald’s hat and name tag, and
share a 10-second introduction with the manager of McDonald in the
nearby vicinity

2. Goldman Sachs

 Goldman Sachs is attracting individuals who have been out of the


workforce for two or more years with its Goldman Sachs Returnship
Program, which provides resources and an internship opportunity
Ex:- Women returning to the workplace after taking a few years leave to
raise children
 Goldman Sachs Returnship Program offers opportunities in a variety of
divisions and the chance to experience the vast network of resources at
Goldman Sachs
 It was initially introduced in US. But, later expanded globally

3. Tufts Health Plan

 Tufts Health Plan came up with a plan to attract boomerang


employees, who leave and come back when they feel that the new
job is not worthy

 Irrespective of the employee’s different reason to come back ,THP


welcomes them with open arms
