McDonald and Snapchat together came up with an initiative called McSnapchat in order to attract millenials who were looking for job McDonald’s has been telecasting Snapchat ads of current employees talking about their work to attract millennials In Australia, Snapchat can be used in the form of “Snapapplication”. They are attracted by inviting them to wear McDonald’s hat and name tag, and share a 10-second introduction with the manager of McDonald in the nearby vicinity

Goldman Sachs is attracting individuals who have been out of the
workforce for two or more years with its Goldman Sachs Returnship Program, which provides resources and an internship opportunity Ex:- Women returning to the workplace after taking a few years leave to raise children Goldman Sachs Returnship Program offers opportunities in a variety of divisions and the chance to experience the vast network of resources at Goldman Sachs It was initially introduced in US. But, later expanded globally
