BELT CLEANER

QUIN-LINK belt cleaners are systematic and modular design to ensure high scraping efficiency but ease
installation and maintenance. All kinds of wear blade can remove carryback or residues on the belt effectively by
keeping long term and stable contact with the belt surface by innovative tensioner. This will ensure overall high
rigidity and stable performance even after long-term operation.

Outstanding features:

 Keep stable contact between belt surface and the scraper due to
rigid aluminum blade holder with continuous upward locking
pressure.

 Ease installation and maintenance is provided by adopting

innovative mechanism. Aluminum blade holder is strong but light to
handle without special maintenance. After removing the positioning
block, you can push off the scraper blades for replacement if
required.

 Multiple blade segments provide more efficient and safer design for
the cleaner and the belt.

 Automatic pressure compensation to ensure high cleaning efficiency

 Bracket and support pipe connecting by circular surface to get better

stability and rigidity over square groove in contact with the point of

 V –PLOW TYPE BELT CLEANER
 V-Plow belt cleaner is desgned as a pulley cleaning protection
device that block any large lumps or tramp objects from
becoming trapped between the belt and the trail or other
pulley.
 The most common location for V-Plow is at the tail of the

N-TYPE BELT CLEANER
 N-type belt cleaners, sometimes also called diagonal plows,
provide cleaning protection in both of directions of
operation, especially effective for reversing conveyor.
 Normally, N-type belt cleaners are installed across the belt
at an angle of 45 degrees to the direction of travel to
demonstrate best functional performance.
 To get full protection, N-type blet cleaners are
recommended to installed at each end of reversing
conveyors.
