file maintenance, etc.
Facilitate regular reviews of agreements and contracts with outside vendors to ensure that a high level
of service is provided at the agreed upon costs.

Direct the development and implementation of Human Resources programs & services including
medical, dental, vision, life, short- and long-term disability, 401(k), Section 125 Plan, PTO, holidays.
Perform on-boarding and termination interviews. Administration of FMLA-OFLA, COBRA.
Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal employment laws (OFLA, FMLA, Disability).
Ensure best practices and processes for HR.
Manage renewal of group insurance policies; coordinate open enrollment processes and assist owners
in annual selection of benefit package.
File maintenance for company policies and procedures, employee files.
HR duties do not include hiring, discipline or direct oversight of employees except as it applies to note
taking, file maintenance and processing. Ensure compliance with company policies, practices and
procedures as well as all State, Federal and local laws and ensure consistency for employees.
Manage and oversee worker's compensation administration and duties.
Manage and evaluate all legal settlements and risky claim situations.
Manage all employment legal claims, develop documentation, and prepare timeline and response.
