Mr. Garces will pay the remaining balance of P10,300 over 72 months for a total of P148,320 including taxes. Once Mr. Garces settles the remaining balance, Mr. Balili will issue a certificate of full payment to the realty company. This agreement becomes final and legal once both parties sign and comply with all requirements.

    AGREEMENT

    This agreement certifies that Mr. Ian Dale Garces, of Legal age, Single,
    Filipino assumed an installment residential lot located at Blk 6 lot 18, Brgy. Aumbay,
    Island Garden City of Samal, Davao del Norte payable for seventy-two months with a
    total amount of One Hundred forty eight thousand three hundred twenty (P148,320.00)
    including purchase tax from Chinte Consultancy & Realty Services to the previous
    owner Mr. Nestor Balili of Legal age, Single, Filipino. Hence, all the obligations and
    rights will be transferred to Mr. Garces when the assumed balance of ten thousand three
    hundred (P10,300.00) is settled to Mr. Balili.

    The previous owner Mr. Nestor Balili will issue a certificate of full
    payment to Chinte Consultancy & Realty Services once Mr. Ian Dale Garces is
    already settled the remaining balance.

    This agreement shall be considered final and legal upon compliance with all the
    requirements submitted by the PURCHASER and after affixing their respective
    signatures of this DEED and other documents.
