Re: REQUEST FOR PARTITION, TO BORROW THE ORIGINAL TITLE AND


EASEMENT OF RIGHT OF WAY

Sir:

I am writing this letter in behalf of our clients, the Heirs of Leonora Pacate Quintua, who
is a co-owner of a parcel of lot registered in the name of the late Casiano Pacate,
located at Barrio Singao, Kidapawan City, covered under TCT No. 7495 containing a
total area of One Hundred Ten Thousand Two Hundred Sixteen (110, 216) square
meters.

It has come to our attention that despite several demands from our clients to partition
the above-described co-owned property and to borrow the original copy of the title in the
exercise of their right as a co-owner, no action was made.

In this regard, our clients request for a dialogue at our law office in Jose Abad Santos
St., Poblacion, Kidapawan City, with your or your representative to discuss the possible
extra-judicial settlement and partition of the co-owned property to avoid any judicial
action. Your failure to answer within 10 days would constrain us to file the necessary
court action to protect our clients’ rights.
