Research Title: Adjustment and Learning of Pupils under Blended Learning

This study aims to determine the affectivity of blended learning in teaching-learning process in order to
determine the adjustments that learners do through blended learning and to determine the extent of learning of
students through blended learning.

Specifically, it will seek answers to the following questions.

1. What are the adjustments that the learners do in Blende Learning?

2. What is the extent of learning of students through Blended Learning?

Importance of the Study:


This study will benefit teachers through the objective of Blended Learning pertaining to a more
personalized approach to learning, giving students control over time, place, path and pace of learning. In
addition, blended learning can help teachers to more accurately assess the student’s knowledge and help to
teach concepts more efficiently the entire learning process. Blended learning is also a method of teaching that
integrates technology and digital media with traditional instructor-led classroom activities, giving learning
process more flexible and teachers bound to customize their learning experiences. Blended learning yields more
frequent and more personal teacher interaction with individual students and teachers have the opportunity to
deepen the student-teacher relationship in educational context.
Learner attitudes to blended learning can result in its effectiveness and shape behavioral intentions
which usually lead to persistence in learning environment, blended inclusive. Blended learning have turned out
to be widely accepted in educational networks around the world, furnishing students with all the more
fascinating and effective instruction, which is customized to their own needs. The method of conveyance
methodologies using mixed learning has been successful in increase student performances and experiences, with
the additional estimation of expanded student availability to programs. Blended learning promotes productive
atmosphere because of the learners own pace of learning, example, a student in blended learning course who
masters concept earlier than his/her peers can move on without having to wait, and conversely, a student who
needs more time is not forced to move forward before fully grasping the subject. It is proving to be a scalable
learning model that simply works for diverse populations of learners.
Blended learning also bound to be a tool in parents’ involvement in understanding the importance and
benefits of blended learning in an increasingly technology-reliant world. Through parents understanding
regarding blended learning, a two way communication that results for school administrations to provide
professional development to build teachers’ capacity and depth of knowledge. Parents’ open understanding
tends to create a positive response for the reason that they believed blended learning would help their children
outside of school.

METHODS AND MATERIALS


Design and Methodology
This study will use qualitative research, consists of well-structured questionnaires for the learners to determine
what are the adjustments of the learners in blended learning and how did they cope up with those new setting of
learning.

Population and Locale of the Study


This study will be conducted by intermediate learners who have experienced blended learning and face to face
learning for the researchers to be able to compare and contrast the results, if which of these two has more
benefited by the learners. The participants of this study consists 20 random intermediate students with different
intuitions. The twenty participants will be answering our questionnaire through email or social media platforms
such as Facebook, Instagram, Viber and Telegram. At the end of the questionnaire students have an opportunity
to write their personal feedbacks.

Data Gathering Instrument


The researchers will use questionnaire to gather data about the advantage and disadvantage of blended
learning with the help of the feedbacks. The questionnaire also consists about how blended learning affects the
adjustment of learners and the extent of learning regarding the blended learning. In addition, the questionnaire
that will be disseminated also tackles on how the learners respond about their comfort in using technology.
Also, the pupils that will be interviewed will be asked on choosing classroom or technological tools as the basic
tool in acquiring knowledge.
The questionnaires that will be handed to the pupils parents tackle their feedbacks regarding blended
learning as a tool in 21st century learning. Added questions such as how will their disciplinary actions are in
handling their children usage of technological tools as blended learning bound to used technologies.
