    Tutut : “ Good Morning, Phillips Oil Company.

    This is Tutut
    Speaking. What can I do for you?”

    Handoko : “Hello, this is Handoko. Could I speak to Mr. Edy,


    please?”
    Tutut : “ I’m afraid Mr. Edy isn’t available at the moment
    Mr. Handoko. Call I ask him to call you back later
    this afternoon?”
    Handoko : “ Yes, Could you?”
    Tutut : “ Could I have your contact telephone number,
    please?”
    Handoko : “ I will give you my mobile number, It is 0813-5412-
    3851”
    Tutut : “ That’s 0813-5412-3851 ?”
    Handoko : “ That’s right ”
    Tutut : “ Would you like to leave a massage for Mr. Edy? ”
    Handoko : “ Yes, Could you tell him, I have emailed him about
    rescheduling the meeting for Sunday, I’m afraid I
    have another meeting.”
    Tutut : “ So you’ve emailed Mr. Edy about rescheduling the
    meeting for Sunday, cz you afraid you have another
    meeting in the same time?.”
    Handoko : “ That’s right ”
    Tutut : “ Thank you for your call Mr. Handoko, I’ll see that
    Mr. Edy gets your messge as soon as he gets in.”
    Handoko : “ Thank you very much, good bye ”
    Tutut : “ You’re welcome, goo bye.”
