Learning activity 4

Evidence: Job interview

Imagine you are applying for a new job. Below you will find some common job
interview questions. For this evidence, you have to record yourself while you
answer them. Dress up. Look professional. Pay attention to your body language.
Show you really want to get that job. Remember to use the grammar structures
and vocabulary you have practiced within this learning activity.

1. If you could start your career over again, what would you do differently?

If I could start my career again, it would bring low performance evaluations


in reaching my career goals in a focused and purposeful way.

2. During your performance reviews, what criticism do you hear the most?

During my performance review, the criticism I often hear is to remain


speechless inthe interview.

3. Tell me about your last position?


My last job was as a service advisor, I worked in customer service and cash
collection.

4. Hat is your work philosophy?

My work philosophy is commitment, dedication and loyalty towards work


and organization.

5. How have you changed professionally speaking in the last two years?

I have prepared myself professionally to have a high IQ and achieve work


and personal opportunities.

6. Tell me about the best manager you have ever had.

Had a manager who worked efficiently. Instead of giving orders to


everyone, he led his team by example.

7. What were the most memorable accomplishments in your last position?

The most notable achievement was being recognized in the company for
my job performance and service.

8. Why do you want to leave your current job?

I want to have new challenges that teach me to be better every day.

9. In your previous position, how much time did you spend learning how to do
things better?

Every day that passes you learn to do your job better is to have motivation
and a desire to learn.

10. If you’re very happy with your current job, why do you want to leave?

I want a job where I work and put into practice the professional career that I
chose to study.
