Teachers have many problems in their teaching career, such as lack of confidence,lack of time,lack of
proper planning, low level of vocabulary and misunderstanding between management and teachers,
lack of proper training,use of appropriate method for teaching.
In my teaching career i also face many problems i such as vocabulary, time management and find
much difficulties in multi grade teaching.I suffer many year by these problems but with the passage of
time and with help of colleagues and through proper teaching traings. After lot of stragglers i
overcome timely.
Evidence
Today i am going to share my personal experience, I am teaching in a Government primary

school since August 2017. Most of time i teach mathematics to 5 th and 4th class.Before delivery of
every lecture i always try to prepare my lecture properly according to the neeeds of my classes.
Whenever a delivered a lecture always check understanding of my students about lecture. Most of
time my students failed to answer me perfectly. This type of problem always saddened me because a
want a high level of my class learning. After reviewing my teaching and students point of view i found
som weakness in my teaching because we can find our weaknesses by the point of view of students
and our colleagues.
When it come my knowledge that my class is not understanding what i was teaching them.so i
decided to review my teaching and reflect my methods of teaching. I rethink about my style and also
recall my wrong doing during lecture.this type of reflection give me a clear image of students problem
and my weaknesses.
At the end i find that i was using high level of teaching style according to the cognitive needs of the
students. Some students not even properly pronounce some methematical terms such as
Fraction,least common multiple,squre etc
So i decided change my style and try to teach them according to their n
 Now always start my lecture with easy examples try to relate them with real life.
 I divide my class in groups
 I always try one step at a time
 I always try to analyse weak points
 Use audio video aids
 Use of flash card also help me.
 Also use easy vocabulary during lecture.
 Sharing of stories about Different terms.
 Conduct meeting with parents
 Now i always encourage students for sharing
When i gave lectures with modified methods of teaching face expression of my class changed
and now whenever i took feedback from my class they gave me a good and quick response.
Now their home is more impressive and feedback from parents was also upto the mark.
Now i and my class enjoying studies.
Now i am more confident and feel free from hectic teaching also encourage me to review on
day to day reflection on my teaching.Now as teacher i am very happy because now i am
satisfied with my professional career and feel proud to be a servant of my nation.
Part (B)
As we know there are always some difficulties in your work or life, but there are also some
strengths in your work.
Some of my strengths are.
 Commitment
 Ability to take risk
 Positivity in my attitude
 Flexible personality
 Creative
Evidence
As we all know commitment is very important element to achieve any goal in your life. so
commitment is also paly role to achieve what you want. Commitment is my greater strength.
whenever i face a challenge in my life i feel some pressure. but commitment with my work always
help me to achieve my goal according to expectations.
After FSc i took admission in B.com.in the beginning i feel difficulty in accounting and some other
subjects of commerce, but just because of my committed attitude and i did hard work and got 1 st
position in b.com
I always try to follow a timetable. with the help of web searching and other resources like library
group discussion and proper practices i overcome difficulties which i was facing in accounting and
other subjects.
Risk taking ability is also my strength, but some normal individual think it a weakness. I took
admission admission in irrelevant degree b.com it was a risk , because risk of failure was there. My by
commitment attitude encourage me to take that risk, after lot of hard wok i got unexpected and joyful
result. Being a student i was committed, positive, flexible and optimist towards my learning.l always
learn a lesson from my mistakes. Some time i was negative in my social life but when it come to
learning i always show a good attitude always energetic and enthusiastic as a learner.
I have believed that ,you can do everything in your life if you have commitment, ability and hard
working attitude.
I my teaching career i also try to be flexible and positive towards my students. They do not feel any
hesitation to ask questions about a topic or any subject. I always encourage them and to do what they
want to do. I also try to identify their strengths that help me a lot in teaching.
Flexibility in my student life and in my career help me a lot. I know when a teacher choose flexible
teaching style,he can enjoy his teacher and teacher also find satisfaction and balance in their career
ain his life. And student also feel good when teacher shows flexible positivity in his class.
Creativ mindset also help me a lot. I alwas think critically and also encourage my class for critical
thing. I know a creative mind create know ideas. When we encourage creativity in a class student
think deep without any fear the can take risk and thats help to originate new ideas now theories.
So i would like to choose creativity in my class and in my life as well.
