I. EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

CBC Entertainment (referred to from hereon in as the "Company") is intended to be


established as a C-corporation at 303 NE 194th Ln, Miami, Florida 33179 with the expectation
of rapid expansion in the hospitality industry industry. The Company solicits financial backing in
order to be able to introduce its new service (described below).

Business Description
The Company shall be formed as C-corporation under Florida state laws and headed by Alan
Cohen.

making major corporate decisions, managing the overall operations and resources of a
company, acting as the main point of communication between the board of directors (the
board) and corporate operations and being the public face of the company. to ensure that
the organization's leadership maintains a constant awareness of both the external and
internal competitive landscape, opportunities for expansion, customer base, markets, new
industry developments and standards, and so forth.

direction
Leading the development and implementation of the overall organization's strategy
Soliciting advice and guidance, when appropriate, from a Board of Directors

The Company will employ 700 full-time employees and 300 part-time employees.

Management Team
The Company has assembled an experienced management team:
Chief Financial Officer - Sara Czechowicz, has primary responsibility for the planning,
implementation, managing and running of all the finance activities of a company, including
business planning, budgeting, forecasting and negotiations. The CFO job description should also
extend to obtaining and maintaining investor relations and partnership compliance.A CFO

Providing leadership, direction and management of the finance and accounting team

interviewing, and hiring new staff. are the professionals responsible for attracting, motivating,
and retaining the most qualified talent by directing the administrative functions of the HR
department.

Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all
positions. Supports organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing

advertisements, brochures, and websites. Our main targets are families, and young couples,

Our marketing campaign will be directed and executed by CBC's marketing director
alongside her team of marketing experts. one team will focus on social media and develop
algorithms so we can target and attract our specific audience. they will also advertise on
google and other search engines. According to some statistics that CBC researched each
click provides 2$ for the business and 1$ for google. It reaches about 2 billion users and
automatically locates the ad of your business in websites related to your business. social
